It is walking distance to the Sunnybank Ferry and within a short drive to Smith Point Marina.

This property is within ten minutes of many local favorite dining spots, such as restaurants, local wineries, and ice cream parlors. Bring your fishing gear and try to reel some in, or relax on the dock. The house provides gorgeous sunrises and has a stone patio with a propane fireplace and lots of room to grill. Strike up a game of volleyball, corn hole (provided) or bring your own sports equipment and play flag football in the extensive front yard.

The house is well-equipped to entertain with a game table, smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. It boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The family room also includes a pullout double sofa bed.

Additional Studio Space (fee): If you're bringing guests who want a little more privacy, the home also has a separate studio apartment with a kitchen, full bath, a double sofa bed, and great views of the water for an additional $50 per night.
