I've lived in this area for 46 years, I'm a charter boat captain that spends over 200 days a year on the water and have recently gotten my Real Estate License. I know and love this area, my family works and goes to school here. I married the love of my life Jessica in 2006 and we have two boys. Bowe; 18, is currently attending Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Va. He's majoring in business and on the baseball team. Cason; 11, is in the 6th grade at Northumberland Middle School. He likes baseball, basketball, and most of all video games. My family enjoys fishing with me, boat rides, cooking, going to the beach, and everything this area has to offer

The first thing you will notice about the property and this area is the laid back feel. The property has a grill so you can stay home and grill overlooking the water, or enjoy some of the many restaurants in our area. We are conveniently locate 15 minutes from Reedville and 25 minutes from the quaint town of Kilmarnock. We have paddleboards, a kayak, crab pots, and a dock to fish off of. You can swim off of the dock; we recommend wearing water shoes or other type of shoes, as the bottom is muddy and there are some oyster shells that could cut your feet, or you can go to a community beach less than three miles away. Perfect for couples looking to get away and families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Less than a two hour drive to three cities, amusement parks and other recreation. Once you come to our area you will fall in love with it.

After July 4th we will be offering fishing, boat ride, beach tours, and water sport packages.
