Hilton Head Island has long been recognized as one of America's best vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year round family, golf and tennis vacations. Sea Pines is a gated community that is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of pedestrian and bike paths, a 600 nature preserve and an equestrian stable.

Plantation Club is conveniently located in the center of Sea Pines close to the beach and the many amenities of Harbour Town. It is a short walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops.

Our villa is close to Harbour Town with its scenic Yacht Basin, signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Golfers can play Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. Tennis enthusiasts can play on 23 championship clay courts at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, rated one of the nation's best teaching facilities.

Our villa is a five minute walk to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer a pool, one of Plantation Club's two community pools is only 100 yards from our front door. It's a great alternative to a day at the beach.

If you want to explore the Plantation's miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented at the Sea Pines Bicycle Shop adjacent to the property.

Our villa is an 1,800 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse conveniently located on the 9th green of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point golf courses from our rear patio. It is a one minute walk to the Plantation Golf Club where you can play both courses.

Our villa was completely renovated in 2025 - premium amenities include new furnishings and appliances, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, high definition Smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service. A second HVAC system for the second floor bedrooms ensures guests are comfortable during their stay in our villa.

The main floor includes a spacious living room and dining area leading to the rear patio, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, laundry room and guest bathroom.

There are three large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, 50" Smart TV, full bath with walk-in shower and balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has a king size bed, 50" Smart TV and full bath with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, 32" Hi-Definition TV and full bath with a combination tub / shower.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Wonderful Villa

We come to HHI often and always stay in Sea Pines in different homes/villas. The location of this one was out favorite. Easy walk to the beach club, great view of the golf course, and for as many people as we had around us, it was quiet. We highly recommend this rental. It's beautifully decorated, bright and clean. We hope to stay here again next time we come.

Ahh. That view!

This townhouse is perfectly located. It’s short walk or bike ride to the beach, Coast restaurant, Fraziers tavern, the driving range and golf courses that will take your breath away. It’s modern and clean. I like that we didn’t hear the neighbors, even though and endless stream of adults and children were coming and going. It was soundproof. The management team is exceptionally responsive. If you have any issues, they will resolve them quickly. We will be back!

Well maintained property, great location with easy beach and golf course access, nice view of the club house. Relatively open floor plan on the first floor is great for spending time with family. Would stay again!

Perfect location!!

Loved our time at this villa! The location is perfect for everything at Sea Pines! Bikes are a must and can be requested right around the corner. Trolley pick up very close and a convenient way to get to any restaurants! Pool is across the parking lot which was great for my kids! Pat and Sonny were great to work with for checking in and getting into the villa!

Christmas vacation

We had a great stay despite the unusually cold weather at Christmas and the fact that some of our family didn’t make it down because of flight cancellations! The villa had everything needed to make our stay comfortable including a well appointed kitchen. It is also in the perfect location. My husband loved that he could just walk over to the golf course! The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

What a beautiful home! Perfect location, beautiful view of the golf course/club house. Close to everything. Every detail and amenity covered. Comfortable beds, their home has everything you need. Owners are the nicest people! My son left his cross necklace that we got him for his High School graduation last month; he was very bummed since it’s sentimental to him. Owners found it and will mail it back 😊 highly recommended staying at their lovely home! Thank you for everything!

Great location - Filthy Interior

The rental property is nice, great location and Sonny the rental manager is good to deal with. We battled cockroaches in the bedrooms and mold in the showers though. Daughters 27/25 would not shower at the residence and opted to shower at the beach club or pool. On the final day the kitchen sink clogged and that was the final straw.

A fabulous week!

The condo at Plantation Club villas was the perfect location, very central to the Sea Pines area. It was a quick bike ride to the beach or maybe a 10 minute walk. Beach access was at the Beach Club which had bathrooms, a bar, and often live music. We biked all over the island, to South Beach for pickleball, Harbortown for coffee/breakfast, and Coligny for shopping. We are golfers and played both courses at Plantation Club and were able to walk there for tee times or to practice at the range. The view from the back patio is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the grounds crew on the 9th hole of Atlantic Dunes while we had our morning coffee. Our two teenage boys loved watching the golfers come in each day. We were a family of 5, two adults and 3 teenagers, and the condo was big enough for us to spread out and the en suite bathrooms were nice. The condo was very clean, and had nice beachy decor. As previous guests have mentioned, the master curtains are sheer and we did get woken up by a beautiful sunrise early each morning. The downstairs furniture was very worn and some of the bedding/pillows are a little tired looking, would be nice to have these items replaced soon. The kitchen had adequate supplies including trash bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent and a good ice maker. However, there are no beach supplies provided including towels so you should plan to bring all beach items with you. We would definitely book this condo again!

Nice condo

The best thing about this condo is location. Only 1/2 mile from the beach. The rental price was good too. Cleanish. The master bedroom’s walls are coated in dust from the fan but otherwise it seemed okay. No bugs either.
