À propos de cet hébergement

Our place is a 3 br house including a master w/ full bath. 2nd br w/ full size bed w/ comp desk & chair. 3rd br has a trundle bed. All bedrooms located upstairs w/ plenty of closet space. 2nd bath is upstairs and the half bath w/ washer & dryer is in the main floor. Enjoy the view of the mountain in the dining area or on the back deck. Close to downtown & shopping. Walk to Steele Creek Park and Trail. 10 mins away from Bristol Motor Speedway. 15 min to S Holston River & 30 min to Watauga. Less than 15 minutes to the new casino. Our home has new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space. Hardwood floors upstairs and tile on the main floor. Brand new living room furniture, dishes, towels, plates pots & pans etc. We left a new vacuum, swifter mop and broom and dustpan in the kitchen closet. Also some supplies in the kitchen. Plenty of hangers in the upstairs closets. A very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Steele Creek Park which has great walking trails. Part of the property is well shaded and some is direct sunlight. Room on the deck to eat or relax. We have some Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and a couple on the front porch which also has a ceiling fan to relax and enjoy.

Our home is located in a nice quiet area, with not too many houses. It has a pretty level yard and nice views of the mountains. You may even see some deer in the morning or evenings.

For the race car fans, a ten minute drive will get you to Bristol Motor Speedway. Fishermen will like the 15 minute drive to the South Holston River. One of the best trout streams in the east. 30 minutes to the Watauga river. Visit The lakes, trails, caverns. Virginia is just minutes away and NC is not far either.

However, if you need to get to the stores, we are just minutes to shopping, downtown and Volunteer parkway.

Quiet and Close to everything

Beautiful and quiet location minutes from anything you could want. Perfect place for our corporate management team to stay while working on a project in the area. Host communication is amazing and at the perfect level of attentive but not intrusive. Will be staying here next time we are in Bristol for either work or leisure.

David and Raquel's Home

Three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms was perfect for our stay. There were many extras that were unexpected. The backyard was quite large with a fire pit and small fish pond. Communication with the David and Raquel was open and quick to answer our questions. We have family in Bristol and would stay here Shahin of available.

Great week in Bristol! 5 Star all the way!

Wonderful stay at a super clean home that was perfect for our group including a teen, her parents, grandparents and golden retriever. There were plenty of extras not normally found in rental homes such as enough paper products to last the entire week & shampoo and body wash in the showers. Even new toothbrushes just in case. Too many others to mention them all. The full side yard was huge for the dog with lots of shade. The Wi-Fi was super fast and the A/C worked well too. Very comfortable and clean, good beds, easy check-in. I cannot think of one negative. We would surely stay again.

We bought this home to be a vacation home for the time being. We love NE Tennessee and all it has to offer. We are hard working people and are willing to share this beautiful home with you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a newer home in a great location.you are out in the country, but only minutes from shopping and restaurants as well as downtown Bristol.

We have new furniture and furnishings in our home. Nice quiet neighbors too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

If you love NASCAR or drag racing, you will like this house. Only 10 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway. For the fisherman, you are only 15 minutes to the South Holston River and 30 minutes to the Watauga river. Two of the best trout rivers in the east! There is a dog park that is a 3 minute walk and Steele Creek park is right across from that. It has nice walking trails and a small lake. The park has over 2000 acres which part of it abuts across the stree and you can sometimes see deer in the yard in the mornings or evenings. If you have kids or looking for a nice, clean place to stay, you will like our home.
