We, 5 of us adults, stayed May 22nd as we visited family on our way to Gatlinburg. This was a nice and very clean place. The location was great..across from the Casino. All of us slept so well on the mattresses. Super comfortable. Communication was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us. Laura
Itâs an older house, but has had a lot of work done. Very clean. Great area and quiet neighborhood. Host is very quick to reply to messages. Would definitely stay here again.
Pictures of the property were misleading of what the house really was like. Very rundown with flooring being warped. Had to remove the coffee table because it was about to fall apart and dangerous for my grandchildren. Definitely not what we were expecting so I would not recommend this property in the future.
We came for an archery tournament the house was very clean, quiet, close to Walmart and casino. Could use a few dish towels and plastic wrap or foil and regular knives. We would definitely stay again.
Our family is traveling to Pigeon Forge and needed a one night stay. Perfect location. Very nice quiet home. Back door entrance is quite the step into the house. Also the screen is broken. Everything else was great, thank you.
This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. Some minor repairs are needed, but other guests mentioned them so I did not feel I had to communicate them as well. I actually prefer the no contact check in because my dog does not care for strangers. The home is on a quiet, short, dead-end street. Only residents traveled on it while we were there. It was walking distance to restaurants and the Kroger grocery store. The area behind the house lit up with fireflies every evening at dusk. That was kind of cool. The Internet worked well. The TV worked well. The floor in front of the refrigerator was a bit slanted. The appliances all worked. The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn't see a toaster but that was fine. The interior of the house was clean. Had little night lights in each room, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall. Plenty of towels and paper products. It was a comfortable stay with a few quirks of an older home. It seems like the host is breathing life into it slowly. The beds were very comfortable. I booked it because as it said in the title, it is affordable. I appreciate a bargain. I feel like that is what we got. I would stay there again.
Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short overnight during a road trip. Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)
