If you are looking to indulge in a classic beach day on sugar-white sand, you better take advantage of having access to a private beach (passes provided). And, when it is time to relax under the colors of legendary sunsets, the gas grill and picnic tables will be waiting to host summer cookouts until the stars come out! There are community tennis courts available if you feel like practicing your swing.

Inside, everyone can spread out with ease in the single-story layout. The living area features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, plush furnishings, and a mounted flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, so kicking back for a ballgame with the whole gang will be a breeze. Step into the full kitchen when hunger strikes and whip up anything from a snack to a four-course meal on modern appliances. The adjacent dining area has plenty of room for everyone to gather for formal meals and game nights, yet there will be no better place to end the day than outside under starry skies.
