Needs a new hot water heater!
First of all it was generally, adequately clean. However, the first time we tried to take a bath ( in the master bathroom, that does not have a shower), we were only able too get about 30 seconds of hot water before it cooled down to just above cold. If the water was turned off, after about 5 minutes you could get another scalding hot 30 seconds of hot water before it got cold once again. So the only bath you could take in the place was at best only slightly better than a cold bath. The shower in the other bathroom had a low flow head, so we were able to at least take warm showers, if you didn’t mind the water temperature fluctuating between cold and scalding several times during the average shower.
Did I mention the weird moldy crust in the master bedroom windows? It made it so you couldn’t see the intercostal that we were supposed to be able to see from that room. All in all, I won’t stay here again. Adequate if you can disregard all the issues mentioned above, but only just.
Vacasa did send someone to try to work on the water problem, but he wasn’t really sure what he could do to help. He said he would contact a plumber to fix it. We never heard or saw anyone again after he left.
