Notre condo vue sur le golfe entièrement meublé est situé en face de la plage. Le condo est situé sur la troisième histoire avec un parking au premier niveau. Profitez d'un magnifique coucher de soleil depuis le balcon 27 'ou du salon joliment décoré qui a 17' portes coulissantes en verre. Détendez-vous et profitez des couchers de soleil, des brises du Golfe et de la magnifique plage de sable blanc. Vous allez simplement aimer cet endroit. Nouveau revêtement de sol stratifié vient d'être installé. Je viens d'ajouter une télévision hd 37in.

Commodités: Nouvelle tuile de céramique, cuisine et salle de bain améliorées, nouveau revêtement de sol stratifié juste installé, nouveaux meubles de salon. 1 lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être transformés en 1 lit king. Nous avons également des feuilles pour chaque taille. Beaucoup de romans à lire en se relaxant dans ce condo très confortable.

2 téléviseurs couleur: HD, câble complet, magnétoscope, lecteur CD, lecteur DVD, chaîne hi-fi, micro-onde, machine à glaçons et tout nouvel appareil électroménager, laveuse et sécheuse de condo, cafetière, literie, casseroles, vaisselle, verrerie et argenterie . Les ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque pièce. Beaucoup de chaises longues, serviettes de plage, des cuzzies, un parapluie et un petit coffre de glace pour la plage. Service téléphonique local. Climatisation centrale et chauffage. Activités: Super terrains de golf à proximité, arrêt Sun Coast Trolley est en face de la copropriété, marcher sur la plage, grands restaurants, croisières dauphins, Busch Gardens, 90 min aux parcs à thème Orlando, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Sand Key Park, John's Pass , et passez une grille.

Indian Rock Beach Condo

Very nice, clean condo with a wonderful, large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico across Gulf Blvd.Very well stocked with towels and linens and a fully stocked kitchen.Enjoyed the stay!

Great place to stay

This place is great. It’s cute, clean and the beach is right across the street! Stairs to the apartment are quite steep but we had no problem. Plenty of things in the kitchen to cook your own food which we liked and plenty of towels for everyone. Having a washers/dryer were a plus!! The only suggestion I would have is to put a little corner stool in the shower to helo with shaving I Highly recommend this place.

Everything you could want!

Very clean and very well stocked. A real home away from home with plenty of extra towels, bedding, a small cooler, new flooring and kitchen, comfortable furniture, deck, beach supplies, and nicely decorated. Convenient to everything.

IRB March vacation

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable condo. It was nice to be up high (top floor, right hand side when looking at the house from the road) for the views of the water across the street. We could even watch people on the beach and see the waves from the living room couches when it was too cold or windy to sit on the awesome huge porch.It's on a busy street so there's traffic noise, but the bedrooms in the back of the condo were nice and quiet for sleeping.Excellent location and good options for walking: along Gulf Blvd for restaurants, shops etc; the cute residential neighborhood behind the building with interesting houses to look at (some very Old Florida beachy); and of course walks for miles on the beaches.We definitely saw evidence of the devastating hurricanes that had ripped through the area fall of 2024, but it wasn't noticeable until we'd been there a few days. It was actually an interesting time to be there to witness all of the rebuilding and construction happening all around. Signs of renewal, hope, and resiliency in this special part of the state.The town of Dunedin to the north is definitely worth a visit (we went twice in one week). Belleair Market in Belleair Bluffs is only an 8 minute drive from the house and a nice option for delicious takeout sandwiches, salads etc if you don't feel like dealing with Publix or traffic to the south.All in all a wonderful stay and we highly recommend Jim's condo. We hope to return soon ourselves. Thanks, Jim!

Good value in Indian Rocks Beach

This condo is in a great location, is very well equipped, and has a very responsive owner. There is plenty of parking, easy access to the beach across the street, and plenty of beach equipment. Many restaurants and parks are within walking distance. As others have mentioned, there are two flights of stairs that are a bit steep. The listing indicates that pets are not allowed, but there were signs that pets had been in the property. If you have any pet allergies be sure to check with the owner to confirm the policy.

Clean property- Great location

Our family of four (two teen daughters) was comfortable in this unit for a week. The location is great- directly across from a beach access point and a block away from a couple restaurants. We were visiting family nearby so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was more than adequate. We appreciated the beach towels and two camp chairs that were provided. If you are a beach equipment "junky" you might want to bring your own umbrella and beach chairs. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The unit is at the top of two flights of stairs- so be aware of this if you have any mobility issues.

Awesome condo 1 block from beach

The pictures on this listing do not do it justice. The bedrooms are spacious, condo is well updated. The host has everything you could think of in this well stocked condo. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach is only 1 block away. We loved it for a girls weekend and will definitely book again!!

Family fun

We had a great stay. Jim the owner was very quick to respond when we had to reach out about internet/TV issues. Great location just across the street from the beach. Beautiful condo and wonderful deck with all the beach toys. My only suggestion is to realize it is a climb up two stories of stairs that are narrow and steep not handicap accessible so my visually impaired mom and 77 year old aunt had some challenges with this. Suggest at least paint the edge of the stairs with reflective yellow paint or something to help. Otherwise I got great exercise toting things up and down for them 😀 great place and would come back!

The best extended weekend girls trip ever!

Right from the moment I attempted to book this visit (which Jim was extremely helpful) to helping assure we made it to the property OK , this visit was exactly what we had hoped. Jim and his wife have a beautiful beach home! If stairs are not for you - beware but we like to be active and welcomed them! The beach access is directly across from the property and we were able to walk for hours! There is access to a bus in which we were able hop on and get to several different beaches and had a great time shopping! Evening drink on the deck to watch the sunset, lunches out, shopping trips, she’ll gathering on the beach and lots of girl talk! This is a perfect trip for friends to get together for a long weekend as we did!! Thank you Jim sharing your beautiful lake home!!

The listing for Jim's condo was right on and exactly what we needed for our short stay on the gulf coast. Our little family felt comfortable and well rested thanks to our host! Beach Time

We had a wonderful stay everything was excellent. Plenty of towels blankets pillows. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our host was easy to contact and always responded quickly to any of our questions.

Perfect stay

The condo is fabulous, photos do not show just how lovely it is in real life. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and immaculate. Location could not be better, steps away from beach access and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Will be back. Thank you Jim

The location is perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice having the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc) provided by Jim and Denise. We all loved the huge balcony. We'd definitely love to come back!
