October through April, the pool can be heated, but due to the low overnight temperatures and cost of propane it is an additional $350 per night and requires a three night minimum. We need payment and three days notice to have it heated to 85 degrees by check in. The solar heat pump is unable to heat the pool when the temperatures drop below 60 degrees.
The pool sweep must stay connected to keep the pool clean and system running. If the pool sweep is removed for any reason, it is a $250 fine.
The spa is complimentary and heated year round.
