Enjoy your stay at VICTORIAN VILLA, located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles in this fully restored Victorian Beauty!  For the history buff, this is the oldest home in Paso Robles and was built in 1872 by Drury James, both the founder of Paso Robles and the uncle of infamous Jesse James. Enjoy the history and the modern conveniences together: 3 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 6. Large 2700 sq ft home with gourmet kitchen and extensive grounds (all close to restaurants and wineries) Both covered and uncovered patio areas, spa, pool table, outdoor kitchen, large deck, gazebo, pond, horseshoe pits, and more. This is truly a dream home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.
Living Space:
This home features a beautiful living space with a large open living room. The living room has leather couch, and 2 large leather cigar chairs, a 65" Smart TV, LED fireplace, and Pool Table.
The kitchen would please a professional chef.  It is Fully-stocked with a 60" commercial Viking range with dual ovens, and stainless appliances. Small appliances include Keurig duo coffee maker(both pod and full pot), Nespresso espresso machine, waffle iron, Instant Pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, juicer, bread machine and more.  Enjoy using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.
The Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is upstairs, queen bed and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, queen-sized bed and 43" Smart TV. This is an original Victorian from 1872 and has a steep staircase(may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues)
The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in, showers with dual heads, towel warmers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. Full bathroom #1 is en-suite to the master bedroom. Full bathroom #2 is downstairs. Upstairs, is 1/2 bath shared between the upstairs bedrooms.
Outdoor Areas:
The outdoor backyard space features a large covered patio.  Also attached is a deck with seating and dining space. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in gas grill, refrigerator and sink.  Play a game in the horseshoe pits or head over the the additional outdoor area that features a 6 person, 45 jet spa, and outdoor lounge seating. The garden abounds with fruit trees and sprawling lawns while giant Oak and Walnut trees provide ample shade during the summer months.
There are ducks that free range during the day. A caretaker will be on the property morning and night to tend to them.
Additional Amenities
Also enjoy Board games, DVDs, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc.  Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.
