Bring your watercraft and dock and store it less than 5 minutes away. The kids will love the two well appointed community parks. Lots of local restaurants too!

The property was nice the thing we had a problem with is the pool and the hot tub wasn’t clean and the hot tubs jets wasn’t working at the time so of our stay.

Nice stay, loved the pool & location.

Great property. Wished that the pictures match what was actually there irl, we prepared to grill on the bbq they had pictured on VRBO but it wasn’t the same bbq pit which is not a deal breaker but a little disappointing when you buy the ingredients to use the pit. The umbrella in the pool was not present but I understand there was a hurricane a couple weeks before but would have been nice to have shade since it was 90+ degrees outside. The grass was not cut either & pretty overgrown Last thing, the pool heater was on and there was no way of turning it off

Lake Conroe 2024

Overall it was a great stay, there were some things like we didn’t have check in and check out information and the pool and hot tub were low and not clean. The property manager was quick to communicate and was very helpful when we reached out. We had a great time and would definitely stay again despite the bumpy start.

Visit to Woodlands location of MD Anderson

We enjoyed our stay and found the owner very responsive to questions that we had during our stay. We were in Houston for one week at MD Anderson and then scheduled an appointment at the Woodlands location of MD Anderson (first available appointment). We were only 30 minutes away from the Woodlands location so the home was perfect for our 8-night stay. Hated we were there in February and did not get to enjoy the pool - it is beautiful and looked SO inviting! Overall, we would definitely stay here again if in this area.

Great property!

This is a very clean, updated property. There was a bit of difficulty accessing the house, but some of that is my fault, due to me not being able to find the contract. However, the property manager was very communicative, and immediately helped me access the property. The master bedroom is close to a major road, but a sound machine can easily drown out the noise of the cars. It’s missing a few basic amenities like soap in the bathrooms, but other than that minor detail, it was a great house. Would happily stay again!

Great spot!

We really liked being in Conroe and staying here was great. My only issues were the kitchen utensils were sparse which made it a little tough for us because we were staying there a week and cooked at home most of the time. The pool vacuum was broken when we got there so the pool was a little dirty. That was disappointing because it took a couple days for the pool guy to come out and clean/fix it so we lost 2 or 3 pool days. But I understand things happen. And lastly the pictures have a stainless steel grill in them so we were excited to grill but when we got there, there was just a charcoal black grill with maybe 2 half bags of charcoal. Oh and we were left with 1 roll of paper towels for a family of 3 staying a week haha. We bought more but it would have been nice to at least have 2? Other than that - the host was helpful and responsive. And the location felt super safe.

Time with family

This was our first Vrbo experience so we weren’t sure what to expect but our family really enjoyed the pool and the yard. It was much better than staying in a hotel and was close to the lake. We loved the house was on a cul de sac so lots of privacy! The only downfall was the traffic noise when you were outside and the fact we couldn’t lower the ac below 72…

Great place to stay near The Luminaire

Family rented for a wedding at the Luminaire, which is just 10 minutes away. This property is very accommodating for people with dogs. The property manager is very responsive. If we ever need to stay in Conroe again, we will come back.

Nice home. Lack of necessities.

Home was clean. Great location. Pool and hot tub added bonus. However, lacked basics you’d expect to find in a rental. Kitchen didn’t even have a toaster. Cooking at home was challenging due to limited kitchen necessities No extra blankets in home. Getting checked in was a bit rough but once we got over that hurdle home owner was responsive and helped get thermostat issue fixed quickly. Make sure to list all those coming and going, even if just visiting for a couple hrs on lease or they won’t be able to get through gated area, this was not made aware to us. Enjoyed our stay but did have some hurdles.

Beautiful home

This was my first time staying at lake Conroe and I must say we had a blast on our boat! This home was a lot better then renting a condo on the beach! This house was amazing it’s beautiful clean and everything you need. Thank you so much
