The space
Master has queen bed. Room has connecting bath with separate tub and shower and double vanities. There is a door to the upper deck. 2nd room that also has access to the deck is currently set up as a work space with a day bed and a trundle. 3rd room has a king bed. 2nd upstairs bath is off the hall outside this room. There is another room off this room that has a twin day bed with trundle and a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full on the bottom. There is another full bath downstairs. This home was recently updated so the kitchen and baths are in great condition. There are TV's in all bedrooms except the bunkbed room. The kitchen is stocked with dishes. There is an extra ice maker in the living room. And an extra drink refrigerator by the grill.

Other things to note
Texas Renaissance Festival isn’t far. Cute town of Montgomery has a great wine tasting room and restaurants. There is a wine tour that gives a ride to three of the better wineries in the area. Lots or restaurants and shopping close by. Nice neighborhood for walking in. Day trips to College Station or Houston are doable.
