A bit strange, but nice and quiet.

The check in and out process is bizarre, there are really no instructions and I had to request the check in process twice leading up to the stay. The unit is nice for the most part and the building is great. Location is great. I did have an odd experience where the police came and served eviction paperwork to me for someone who apparently used to live in the unit. I would recommend this unit if you don’t plan on spending all your time there. The building staff was friendly and overall the unit was quiet and comfortable.

Great location and nicely appointed

The location was easy to access bars, restaurants and museums. It is literally right next door to AAC and was easy to get to AT&T. Kayla was very responsive and the welcome snacks and bubbly was a nice touch. Be aware that the bed is on the softer side and does creak a bit which may be no bother to some.

Amazing Apartment - Great Downtown Dallas Location

Great location, amazing view from the balcony, very clean and spacious. The check-in was a small challenge, but not bad. Just need to be aware to use key fob to access elevators and floors. Probably should make this clear in the check-in instructions. Overall I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if your looking for a better alternative to a hotel.

Amazing, with only 2 hitches

First, this property was amazing! My husband & I chose it specifically bc it was across the street from the American Airlines Center. (We were in town for a Stars game!) I was concerned about noise but it was quiet & the balcony gave an amazing view! If it hadn't been so chilly I would've stayed out there a lot more. There are 2 extremely minor things. First, the toilet paper was 1 ply. It was awful. For such a swanky spot, you would think it would be at least 2 ply 😆 Second, the bed is very very creaky. Any minor turn or other movements were followed by loud creaks. Not so much for enticing romance 🤣 As I said, 2 minor things, but overall it was a lovely stay at a lovely apartment!

Clean, well appointed and conveniently located to restaurants with the AA arena

Reserving was easy, check in-out was easy. Place was well appointed, very clean, and conveniently located to restaurants, bars. Located in Victory Park, rental was across the street from AA arena. Some restaurants/bars walking distance and others uptown a short Uber drive - Knox Henderson was a nice area and the restaurant Knox Bistro had a great brunch.

What a fantastic property!

I wanted a property that would be walking distance from the AA Center, where I could enjoy nearby amenities and where I could spend some time in the sun in a great pool. This property was definitely all that and more. Unfortunately, the pool was empty during my stay but this was something beyond the property manager's control, and they were really nice to work with me and acknowledge the inconvenience. The property was well-equipped with everything I could need and there were even snacks and treats available to me. The property manager was also considerate and accommodating for all communications, and for check-in and check-out. I liked absolutely everything about the property and have nothing to say for improvements. The decor and style were on point, same goes for the building and it's amenities. Very new, neutral, clean and fresh. Lastly, loved the view of the pool area and the balcony gets some nice afternoon sun. Thanks for a great time!
