Overall great stay it was a great place to come back to and unwind after a long day, Iâd say itâs a great place the people working here are very kind and friendly I did have a little issue figuring out the exact moment to open the door with how the locking system is but after a couple tries figured it out easily lol overall great stay and next to some great places to visit.
Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
I gave this property a low rating due to safety issues and drug usage on property. The entrance gate that was suppose to be closed at all times was left open 24/7 and a person was doing drugs on property outside. I donât feel the pictures are of accurate representation as well. The bedroom is not as advertised. I also feel the sheets had not been changed. I took pics and sent to vrbo. I had property reserved for 5 nights but only slept there one night due to being scared. My son came and got me and escorted me to my car. I was so scared first night I placed a chair in front of door. Communication was good with the host while checking in. She actually let me check in an hour early on day of. However, after me reporting all the issues and moving out early she has declined any refund at all. The day I moved out early I saw the cleaning staff go in immediately and start cleaning. I have a pic to confirm but host is saying there was no record of me moving out. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked and kitchen light didnât work. Would not recommend. Iâve used VRBO for years and this is my first horrific experience.
The apartment was very nice and clean. We did not realize there was no elevator. I walk with a can and the steps were challenging. We picked this place because of the pool... but it wasn't usable during our time there.
Motel grade, older apt. with trash in parking lot and stairwell leading to 2nd floor apt. that we rented. Faint dead fishy smell that worsened overnight. Hairs in bathtub. We booked 3 nights but left in the morning after one night. We changed our travel plans so we wouldnât have to return to Dallas.
The area is fairly sketchy. The communication with the people is very callous and when it's not, its automated. Its obvious pre- written distinguen. The internet went in and out. The first day we just decided to go to bed early since we couldn't log into anything. Trying to call them is a joke as no one answer's and they don't return phone calls, just respond through verbo after a while. Despite the air-conditioning being set to 68, it still stayed hot and sticky at 74 during the day.No hand soap or dish soap readily available in the kitchen, finally found the dish soap only under cabinets. No point to having a gate code to get in since the gate stays open 24/7. Parking is extremely tightThe pool is a tiny kiddy 3 ft pool that was definitely not an option for any adults. I asked a question about what check out was since they had 1k rules and never got a response. By the time they responded it was about a couple hours after they responded and only with a generic " we hope you enjoyed your stay! Please let us know " privately " if you had any problems or issues blah blah blah " we'd already left and made sure to just leave everything as we found it and threw our own trash away at the dumpster.I'll give credit where credit is due, it was clean. I have no idea how this place got so many great reviews and feel as though peoples bars are set extremely low or they may have just tried to be nice. Wish customer service had actually been more genuine, warm, and helpful
After 3 days at a wonderful but exhausting convention, my husband and I needed rest and a quiet respite. We found it in this property. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Could not get in the door, had to call the VRBO number, then had to call the property manager, who was able to reach the owner, who resolved the door lock problem via their phone. Just a suggestion - the toilet paper provided was so thin & cheap that it conveys a poor message to your customer.o your customer that
The apartment was spacious for the 6 of us; 2 adult 2 children 2 dogs. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded fairly quick back, the ease of the instructions for check in and out was great. We would definitely love to stay again in the future here!
Check into the apartment took me about 1 hour The smoke detector kept going at diferente time so I removed it Not enough blankets for a very cold night ( unusual for the area )
The property is old in the middle of other taller buildings. Zero privacy. No fresh air. You canât leave the door open or it beeps continually. I understand the safety issue. You donât feel safe opening a window or shades. Again, zero privacy. The parking lot is full of garbage left from people sitting in their cars all night. Didnât feel safe when they are parked right by the stairs. The toilet overflowed!! When the guy came up to fix it he clearly had been there before with the same issue. We woke up to toilet water all over. We did not feel comfortable that it wouldnât happen again. Then he took a towel and pushed it around the floor to clean up the water. Never cleaner. No mop. Nothing. We did not get an apology or offered a discount for the inconvenience. We missed a golf t time. I would not recommend this place. overflowed. garbage from
