Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. The accommodations were clean, and has lots of amenities. Our host was great, very responsive. The location was perfect for all our events in uptown. We really enjoyed our down time at the condo, a very relaxing environment. We definitely would recommend staying here.

Amazing!

This apartment is great. It’s spotless and has everything you need while you’re there. I felt safe in the building and in the parking deck. This is the perfect place if you’re attending an event at AAC.

Great property, fantastic location

The property was clean and in great shape. Exactly as described. The manager was great in giving us all the details to park, check in, etc. This building is right across the street from the American Airlines Center and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance (under 30 minutes). I recommend this rental.

Great Game!

Stayed here to meet up with our friends from Sweden, they are big hockey fans, so we were looking for a place close to the game. Found it, the apartment was the perfect location, right across the street! No driving necessary. Check-in and communication were very easy. would love to stay here again, highly recommend!

Great place in a great spot

We stayed here for a wedding weekend. We were close to the hotel that the wedding party stayed and lots of key places. The pool was awesome!

Great downtown location

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious with a good view of downtown. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure is next level in the building. Bathrooms are big. The owner helped us with a request and is great and helpful and very responsive. There are many amenities in the building. The residents are mostly young professionals it seems. It's close to the Katy Trail for a morning walk. Tom Thumb grocery store is a couple of blocks away and there is some good coffee shops. Hardwood district is cool with many places to eat. This area is very safe. You'll enjoy your stay here for sure.

Great place, great location

The apartment was amazing, we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. And you can't beat the location, right across the street from the American Airlines Arena. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for Mavs game

We loved being so close to the AAC and places to eat. The apartment is gorgeous! Love the big balcony! Only 4 stars on check in because I was frazzled after driving downtown & had trouble working the parking garage doors. The owners are friendly as was the best concierge.

JFK Trip

The apartment was very nice, clean, and very pretty! Our host gave very specific easy to follow directions making our check in, stay, and check out simple and stress free as well as answered any questions we had very promptly. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. You can walk to almost anything in downtown Dallas from this building. I highly recommend this rental!

Quick weekend away

The highlight of the trip was a Stars hockey match. The accommodations were super convenient directly across the street from the stadium. Nice view of the city as well. Super close to the airport and easy access to freeways. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Mavs Game/Dallas Shopping

This is a perfect place to stay if you have Mavs tickets. The apartment is super nice. They go the extra mile with all the small stuff. The beds are so comfortable and the place is very clean. Communication is 10 out of 10. We will be a return guest.

Great location and property!

Stayed one night and relaxed by the pool with friends. Views are great, pool is awesome, place was spotless and beds are comfortable! The owner was extremely thorough about checking in process and was super responsive. The area is safe and location is right in the middle of the action at Victory Park!

Perfect location

The perfect location to stay if you’re in town for a Mavs game! Beautiful building with very nice accommodations in the recreation/game room/lounge area. Beds were comfortable.

College Tours

We stayed in the apartment as a central location to visit colleges with daughter in the Dallas area. Great location, very clean apartment and tons of places to eat. The check-in instructions were extremely easy and the people at the front desk were so nice. Our daughter loved the pool while we were taking a break visiting schools.

A great place

The unit was really nice, looks even better in person! Having free parking in the facility was great and the host did a fantastic job of explaining the check-in process and how to use the keyfob to access the parking, elevator and unit. The bathrooms were huge, the beds were comfortable and the private balcony had a great view. There were large TVs in each bedroom and the living room area and the kitchen was very nice. Note there is just the seating at the kitchen island to eat at, but that was perfectly fine for our needs.
