The property was excellent, staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room smelled strange when we returned but it was no skin off of our backs. Great accommodation for a great price. Would stay here again!

The people at the front desk were very helpful. I originally thought this was an apartment but it’s actually a hotel. A little older than we expected but overall we had a good stay.

The host and all workers were very kind and welcoming. Willing to help always and make sure we were happy and taken care of. The rooms were not what we expected though. The pictures may be old or something. The first room we were given had no coffee maker, tv didnt work and no remote. The gave us another room. It smells off too. Stale and old. The people were amazing though.

This place was a hotel and not a very nice one. There was a leak in the hallway outside of my room that dripped constantly. There was water damage in my room that was no longer leaking, but was pretty terrible looking. The roof was being replaced so there was construction right up until dark and then started first thing in the morning. The TVs were down due to the construction on the roof.

The employees were amazing. However the place was very poorly described. There was only one pillow on the bed no remote for the tv no coffee pot. It was possibly the worst experience, our microwave didn’t work at all. I am very disappointed and honestly would request a refund if I even thought it would happen but I know better than that. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

One of my worst VRBO stays. The room was ok. Toilet was not secure. Just an over all bad-stay. Horrible customer service.

The room was not very clean. Look like pet food in the closet top the refrigerator was dirty with hair. Ask the front desk to have a clean they did not clean it.

Okay place to stay

If you need a cheap place to stay this is great option. The place is not smoke free. The room was nice but the hotel felt very out of place with how everything else is up and coming in the area.

Perfect location for me and the price was the best!

I was in town to bring my grandson home from a visit. We had plenty of room and we were 5 minutes from the Galleria Mall and a variety of food and fun locations close to the property. We were comfortable at the property.

The place fasley advertised that it was a home and not a hotel I requested my money back from VRBO and the refused because they said it’s advertised a a studio. Well a studio can be an apartment not a hotel. It’s a Sonesta Inn on bad side of town. The manager onsite offered my refund

While the room was clean and spacious, there were fees I didn’t expect. The VRBO website said all fees including the service fee were included in the price shown. That wasn’t the case. Not only did a service fee get applied, I was charged a parking fee of 5.00 per night. I didn’t see that written anywhere.

Concerned about the area

I checked in late and the people I saw when I checked in gave me concern that I was staying in a potential dangerous neighborhood. On the positive side the room was consistent with what was advertised. The checkin agent was a little surly.

Could have been better

When we first got our room I noticed a stain on the bed and went to talk with the girl at the front desk and she was nice to get us a new room quickly. The second room was alright other then the ace random making a loud noise and I’m a heavy sleeper but that kept me up a lot the room was 219 I think. Also there were black grasshopper everywhere during the morning and night 2 in the hallway and two in the bathroom.

need new management

It is a clean room, but overall, the hotel is old and needs updates. The elevator was very slow and smelled bad. The people seemed to me to look homeless and unsafe. I would not let children walk freely in this location. My room was prepaid, and the front desk reception overcharged my card by $182. I was very disappointed in the hotel's appearance, however the room was clean.

Stayed in a suite hotel

This VRBO is located in a mid range hotel. The front desk employee who checked us in, Kimberly, did not smile or greet us. She asked for a driver’s license and credit card and did not provide any information about the property. One of the buttons on the lobby elevator was broken. I did not care for the scent in the first floor lobby and hallways. There was no air conditioning in the elevator or hallways. Our room was clean but felt damp and humid. We were given 2 bath towels and only one wash cloth and hand towel for a three night stay for two adults. I asked for another wash cloth and hand towel and Kimberly said all of the towels were in the dryer. I gave her my room number but they were never brought up. The next morning we asked the new front desk employee and she provided the requested towels. The stay was less expensive than the hotels in the area and now I know why. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great.
