We are returning renters. Great property. Jennifer is responsive and quick with her answers.. Home is furnished well. Enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking is a good beach. We rent a pontoon a use a lake sand bar l to swim.

Family Visit to Fennville

A beautiful home that is exactly as described in the listing - fully equipped with high end everything. Perfect for the six adults and our four grandkids. The hosts are outstanding - they responded quickly to our questions before we got there, and promptly got back to us on the one minor issue that arose during our stay. They ensured we had all the “toys” needed for the family to enjoy the lake. So much so, that the four year old said he wasn’t leaving - his parents did ultimately get him in the car. This is a home we’ll look to book again.

Family came together from PA, OH, and WI FOR ANNUAL Lakeweek. Was a great time at a great place. Hosts were exceptional in communications and cordiality!

Gorgeous home on Lake Hutchens

My family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren, ages 2-9, had a wonderful stay at this house on Hutchens Lake in Fennville, MI. The house was spotless and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with an outside natural gas grill and a great deck with a perfect space for lake view meals. The grandkids loved the hammock on the covered deck. There were some spirited Air Hockey games in the basement game room. All the furniture was tasteful and comfortable, not always the case in rental houses! The shallow area of the lake was great for grandkids who loved looking for clams and minnows. All in all, just a perfect family getaway.

Perfect for family relaxing!

We cannot rave enough about this home. The location is unbeatable with a quick drive to town or Saugatuk/Douglas. The lake access was perfect for our 9 month old and 4 year old. The home was spotless, beautiful, comfortable and inviting. We never ran out of things to do! HUGE thanks to Jennifer for making so many baby & kid amenities available for us. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

Very family friendly

We had a great family vacation! Our party consisted of four family units with kids ranging from 6 months to 9 years old. The house was extremely family friendly, highchair, pack n play, kid friendly cups/plates/utensils, etc. We didn't need to bring anything extra to care for or entertain the kids. The house also provided a dock, two kayaks and two SUP boards. We would recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Fully equipped, modern house with plenty of games and toys for children. We rented a boat - which I would recommend - so you can swim in sand bar in the lake which the kids loved. Oval beach on Lake Michigan about a 15 minute drive which was a good trip which we did a couple of times during the week. Property owner is very responsive.

Lovely home

We stayed in this lovely home with our children and their families. It was wonderful. We normally try to stay on Lake Michigan but decided to something different this year and are so glad we did. There were activities for everyone both indoors and out. We enjoyed cooking in the decked-out kitchen, grilling in the back yard, and eating out at several great nearby restaurants. There were plenty of places to gather but also places to have "alone time." It is a beautiful home and I can't think of anything that could have been any better! I must say that we enjoyed the firepit almost every morning and evening...even in July...it was definitely a favorite spot with everyone! The cost was a deterrent when I began looking for a vacation spot for this summer. However, I have to say that we consider it to have been a great investment in our family!

Best house ever!

We have rented many houses over the years and this was our favorite. Ages ranged from 15-54 and we all absolutely loved it. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked! The teenagers loved the rec room in the basement and the adults loved all the beautiful outdoor seating. We enjoyed the wineries in the area and the beautiful beaches in Holland and Saugatuck. I would definitely rent this house again.

Family Memories

Jennifer and Jordan were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our week creating memories with our family. So many things provided for the kids to enjoy during our stay! Beautiful home in a wonderful location!
