The pictures are very deceiving. The place was not clean, it had a smell when you first walked in, and the pictures are not updated as to how the place look. The only thing that got more than one star is the communication with the host. She did answer when I called, even though it was late, but when I asked for a refund, due to how the house was, she then went ghost and did not answer.

Amazing stay!

This house was such an amazing place to stay. check in process was super simple, neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was a great added bonus that we enjoyed. Great stay for friends or for you and your partner!! Nicole was such an amazing host💞

House was nice and comfy for our family of 7. The game room and the space was amazing.. Would definitely stay here again. Neighbirhood was quite and close to Graceland.

Fun stay

Overall we had a great time. Loved how close to Graceland it was and also not far from downtown Memphis. We couldn't throw anything in the garbage barrel as it was full and notified Nicole right away and she was taking care of it. I loved that Nicole was so easy to get a hold of and responded to any questions right away. The king size bed could be replaced as a few of the legs were broken but that was really our only complaint.

The fireplace didn't work and some of the lamps didn't work but other than that overall it was a great experience nice clean comfortable bed great environment

This property is fantastic! The owner, the interior design, etc, you feel that you are home. Very welcoming and absolutely comfortable. The owner is responsive and very attentive. We are so thankful for this property and the price! We will definitely be back!

Hi John … sorry you did not appeal to our taste. We strive for perfection and our cleaners focus very much on COVID-19 sanitizing and guest safety. You seem to have had a very different experience then what we aim for and other guests experience. We hope you will consider us again if returning to Memphis.

Excellent location, very spacious home!

Our stay was just overnight as we were only in town for the evening and early next morning. However, this home did not disappoint at all. The kitchen was full of utensils, bowls and other items you would need to cook with, food not included obviously. Very nice back yard with a wonderful hot tub. Numerous TVs in various rooms, two bathrooms, comfortable bedding. Nicole is very responsive and very appreciative of the people who stay in the home. It was an A+ decision to choose this home. I would definitely book this place again when staying in Memphis. Thanks!

Terrible experience

Before I get into details of my experience I will say that the only pro of this stay was the Host allowing me to check in 2 hrs before check in due to my arrival. Upon my arrival, in the garage i noticed a piece of candy in the middle of the floor. Once I walked into the house, the place had a terrible smell that I could not even describe . There were leaves and dirt in one of the rooms. According to the host, this was because of “construction” done in the house and they didn’t clean up after themselves. The bathroom was disgusting, I noticed specs of dirt all in the tub, Dust on almost every furniture in living room except for the couch. The couches and mattresses in the room that has the bunk beds are so old and worn out you can feel the springs in them. So many other things I wish I could post the pictures and videos I have taken. Comparing the pictures and what I actually saw in person, this property does not look like the pictures AT ALL!!!! Very disappointed. Host communication i’d give her a 6/10. Looking back I should have just left the property and requested a full refund but it was last minute and I had other family members that were coming in town to stay at this property as well. It took almost 3 hours for her to send someone to clean up the place AGAIN which is very unfortunate. Property was not worth what I paid for. Tried contacting Host to handle situation but still no response

Pictures are NOT better than words

Pictures are better than the property actually is. No news there. Most times that’s the case. The refrigerator didn’t work. Had to keep items on the freezer side. Didn’t just happen. Was like that upon arrival. Freezer side was all frosted up on back wall. That took awhile. Cannot email manager. Can only call and leave message. First night central heat quit. We turned it off and back on and thankfully it worked again. Was 59 degrees out first morning waking up. 🥶 Foosball table has no ball and leans so far over to one side you couldn’t play anyway. We played darts. Wasn’t there to play games but had an 18 year old with us so it would have been nice to have all the games listed in the ad. The master bath is smaller than a closet! Toilet, pedestal sink and shower. Nowhere to place toothpaste or toothbrush. Use it and remove it. Fairly clean. OK stay for two nights. Would not spend more than that there. Maintenance is iffy. Had it to do again I would stay in a hotel.

Unfortunately our 6 month old fridge stopped working sometime in the days after our prior guest and before this guest checked in - we immediately purchased a mini fridge and large cooler with ice for them as we had to wait for the warranty company to come. The fridge has since been replaced. Sadly, after that happened, this guest was looking for a problem. There was nothing wrong with the heating system, they were just not turning it on correctly. We are reachable via other app as well as cell phone and texting and responded to the guest immediately upon contact. The master bathroom is an average sized bathroom with full shower and completely redone within the year as you can see from the pictures. The entire property has since been put in the hands of a new maintenance manager that is on top of their game! We aim to provide a high-level property and stay for eight guests with a hot tub, games, yard, and barbecue.

Great find!

We loved our stay in this home! The home is older and is in an older neighborhood, but that actually made us feel much safer. Plus it was very quiet so we slept great. The home is well stocked with all of the kitchen items, towels, etc you need. And my teenagers loved the games in the front room and spent hours playing them! They also loved the record player and played a lot of Elvis music which got them excited for their visit to Graceland, which is literally minutes away. The check-in and out process was a breeze, and the property manager was great to work with! Glad we stayed here!
