Sweet and sunny one-bedroom older charming farmhouse flat with fresh furnishings and wood floors throughout. Upgraded new king-sized bed. Relax on the quiet front porch and grill at the back deck. It's an easy half-mile walk to both downtown Camden and Laite beach. Go for a hike at one of the many preserves in the area, browse the shops and antique stores, eat at one of the great restaurants or book a ride on one of the large schooners at the harbor. Designated parking spaces and first floor easy living. Enjoy!
Enjoyed this property in Camden, Maine. Itâs very bright and happy. The bed is comfortable with nice cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. It could use a few more things in the kitchen, but overall it was a great place to stay.
Just finished up a week and host was responsive to questions and reached out a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. Apartment is as described and a nice distance from downtown that you can walk or drive if you want.
While this property is very old, it is in good condition and quite comfortable. It provides the basics, but not much more. I had trouble with the stairs from the parking lot, but my age and balance were more the problem than the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and the opportunity to visit with family in the area.
The weather was hot, but we worked around that. I do suggest the property invest in a good quality king sized bed. The queen size was a little tight and not very comfortable. And the kitchen knives need to be sharpened.
This little Camden spot is a gem. A 13 minute walk to the center of town. It's also a 3 minute drive from Rockport. Clean, quiet and exactly how it is pictured. I very much enjoyed staying here.
The apartment is spacious and well located--1/2 mile to downtown Camden, same to Laite Beach. Abby was immediately responsive to any requests we made. Appreciated the A/C in the bedroom this hot summer! Well supplied with all basics.
Abby was raised in Camden and has been a local Realtor for 26 years. She also lives in Camden with her husband and two teenage children. She has lived in each of the three units in the building over the 23 years she has owned it. This Unit C is her favorite because it is easy to get in and out, being on one level and the front porch and back deck are great places to relax outside.
