À propos de cet hébergement

FABULOUS views of the ocean, the pool, the marsh... 2 full bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Smart Tvs (or Roku) in bdrms and LR. Visit the balcony from the LR or master and enjoy that fresh ocean air! Ocean Annie's is just steps away, as is a liquor store, beach store, bar/grill. There's pd laundry on site if needed. We supply beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, beach cart and have a fully stocked kitchen. Just bring your swim suits and beach towels! Free parking for one car.
Master bedroom features a King size bed, with an ensuite and a private exit to balcony. There's a large closet in the hall for clothing, and a dresser in the room. There's also a flat screen TV with a Roku remote.
Guest bedroom has 2 twins with one trundle, sleeping a total of 3. Good sized closet, dresser and flat screen TV also with a Roku remote.
The kitchen has full sized appliances, plenty of cookware including toaster, blender, coffee pot (drip and kuerig). There's a breakfast bar and a dining table.
The LR features a comfy loveseat and an even comfier couch that can be unfolded into a sleeper-sofa to sleep two additional guests. We have games for those rainy days, but hopefully you will be able to spend most of your time enjoying one of the two pools, the beach, watching the birds at the marsh, or grilling at one of the shared bbq stations on the property!
There are beach toys, an umbrella, chairs, a pack n play, books, a cooler, and other items for you to enjoy yourselves. These can be found in the closets and throughout the condo. We make no guarantee of the condition of these items, but we ask you to PLEASE treat them with respect and return them in the condition you find them, so the next guests can enjoy them, too. This is our own private retreat, so it is our second home that we have put a lot of effort into making comfortable. We hope you love it as much as we do :)

Nice Location

Nice location with ocean view, short walk to the beach and plenty of parking. Communication with the owner was great and check in and out was seamless. Condo was spacious with everything furnished.

Very nice property right on the beach

Very nice property, great beach access, nice pool on the property. Very quiet. Plenty of room for a family of four. Close access to groceries and other activities. Parking is right next to the property also. We would stay here again.

Family time

This was a time of remembrance. We stayed in a comparable condo for years with our young children and returned to a familiar place to find the location still restful and a good time.

Beach and marsh views

Really enjoyed the complex location. Beach on one side and marsh on the other. Plus the complex sits on a dead end street so not much car traffic. The complex is an older condo complex but our unit was great for a beach trip. Everything we needed to make us comfortable.

Home Base CCU

We came to Myrtle Beach to bring our daughter to Coastal Carolina. Even though it is a 30 minute drive, we loved having a place to come back to and spread out. We enjoyed a beach day. It was awesome waking up to ocean views. The house was so comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. The owner was great and was very responsive to any questions.

Overall the unit was great. Great location and not to crowded beach. Clean unit with a large master. Balcony carpet moldy and wet from the draining A/C unit. Other than the balcony unit was very nice.

Cozy seaside vibes and excellent property manager

Our family really enjoyed our stay this week. Everything was as described and the pictures suggest. Really chill vibe with a modern decor, it's a great place to unwind for vacation. The master bathroom is a bit smaller than expected but it's otherwise everything we'd hoped for in our condo. Plenty of extras included to help make your stay more comfortable, including smart TVs, games, beach toys, and more. Working with the property manager was a breeze; they're very responsive and helpful.

Awesome stay

We had two adults and four kids and we had an awesome vacation. We stayed over.fputh of July and had the best vacation. The property was perfectly located, clean, lots of space, and had all the little things. Couple questions I had at check in they were prompt and fast. Thanks again guys!

Great spot for a family vacation

Staying here was very enjoyable for our family. Clean and fairly updated. A bit small for our small children that struggle sitting still longer than 5 minutes. Location was amazing. Direct walkout beach access was great and there was very limited public access in the area so the beach was never overly crowded. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful beach themed property with nice ocean.

Very clean property with all the beach accessories needed provided (chairs, umbrella, cart & cooler). Fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
