This is a gorgeous home with a little surprise: its own backyard resort! Large decks decorated with palm trees offer lots of space for relaxing by the gracefully curving solar-heated pool. If you need a break from the sunshine, you can cool off beneath the poolside veranda while listening to music from the indoor/outdoor stereo system or the peaceful lull of the waves. Miramar boasts a lovely kitchen with granite countertops that open into a spacious great room that includes two sitting areas and a large dining area. The main floor great room features panoramic views perfect for watching the waves and taking in sunrises or sunsets. The home has six suites, a downstairs den/kitchenette/bar area for easy access to and from the pool, and a cozy media room with a wrap-around sofa for watching your favorite movies or shows on the TV. An exercise room next to the pool will help keep you active, with a universal weight machine and lifecycle. There are two outdoor showers for easy sand removal after a day at the beach, which is right across the street!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location can’t be beat!

This was a great spot for our family trip, quiet street, very convenient beach access and everyone loved all of the outdoor space and pool. The house itself is getting tired but it’s a good value and we’d stay again.

We loved this house. It was super close to the beach and had outside showers for us to rinse off in. The pool was great! The children and adults loved the pool. The house was large enough for the 17 of us. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend!

Awesome Vacation Home

Miramar was amazing. The house, pool and outdoor areas were well thought out and perfect for a family vacation. The house was clean and there was an abundance of room for times together and privacy when desired. The beach access was a good distance even with young children. Would definitely recommend Miramar to others.

Great week at the beach!

This was a great house for our large family - 10 adults and 9 kids. Enough room for everyone to spread out and places to gather too. The location to the beach was awesome and the pool was perfect with plenty of beach umbrellas to provide afternoon shade. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the kitchen was a bit small for making meals for our large crowd. It wasn't a deal breaker and we hope to come back again next year.

Fantastic Getaway!!

My family has been coming to Sandbridge for years & it never disappoints. The house was honestly perfect and it was big! Especially the downstairs. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were 10 adults with 8 kids & it never felt crowded. It was the perfect space. The pool was great & the outside sound system was perfect! Majority of the rooms had a bathroom so that was awesome. And to top it off, the beach is not even a 5 minute walk. We spent an amazing week & we cannot wait to come back! Thank You Sandbridge! 🙏🏽

Better maintenance and cleaning between guests needed.

Check-in, I rated and reported cleaning as 3. Several maintenance calls during the first 3 days. They were prompt and responsive although some problems couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Mattresses on beds uncomfortable.

Big Comfortable Older House

Nice size but rundown and needs a thorough cleaning inside and out. One exterior door (one of many) does not lock. As for the main door, we had a code but did not know how to use the combination lock and could not reach anyone from Vacasa on the phone for a long time. Finally drove to a local Vacasa office and demanded help.

Charming 1960's built home with later addition(s) in need of new furniture and fresh paint

This originally much smaller home from 1964 has been expanded to a larger, charming dwelling for extended family to share. With a heated pool and undercover hot tub, the outdoor amenities are nice. However, the worn and dirty upholstered furnishings, area rugs and most of the window coverings are in need of a thorough cleaning with many needing to be replaced. As an older dwelling, the walls and trim need a fresh painting. The wood, vinyl and tile flooring all needs a good steam cleaning. The overall sense of indoor overuse without the necessary upkeep was a disappointment.

Awesome get away!

This was our third year staying at Miramar! The home is comfortable and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area are AMAZING. Beach access is literally steps away. Great time was had by all!

The pool and hot tub were well maintained. So much room for our family gathering of 20 people to have some space to themselves when needed. Parking was good for our 7 cars..so nice not to have to park on the street.

Great house!

Miramar was perfect for our extended family vacation to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. The large room upstairs with lots of seating was perfect for a gathering area, as well as the large deck and pool area. The pool was super nice, although the solar heating wasn't working very well towards the end of the week. In spite of that, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spent lots of time there. There is never a lack of available seating in this house, both in the house and pool area. The pool area provides both sun and shade. We also enjoyed the nice hot tub. The kitchen is small, however it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The beach path was close to the house and was an easy walk to the beach. In spite of a few things that needed repaired, the house was amazing! Maintenance was very quick to respond to our request for repairs. My only complaint was the mattress in the 3rd bedroom on the right downstairs - it was very uncomfortable and noisy - and the dresser in that room was really unusable due to broken drawers. That's the only reason I didn't give this house the 5 stars that it truly deserves. I would highly recommend this house to any family that needs lots of space.
