Repeat Very Happy Occupant

This is my second time staying in this location. I go to OK yearly for continued training of an employee that resides down there. Each time I have been more than pleased with the accommodations and my stay! John's communication and helpfulness are AMAZING and he is simply wonderful to work with. The pool I could live in as well as the home. It felt like home. We used the grill this time.. That is always a welcomed treat at a VRBO! The neighborhood is very friendly - This is the first time I actually got out and went walking with my daughter n law and infant grandson who traveled with me this time. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a 4 or 5 block area of walking we seen where there was 4 or 5 police officers residing (two on the home block as it is!). I appreciated that sense of security. The gardener is a lovely man that I made a point to chat up with this time. Very sweet and efficient. I just wanted to offer him something to drink as it was a warm one out there that day. Pool guy was in an out before you know it! Each just a once a week visit to tend to their jobs. Only thing that I did notice this time versus last is that it appeared someone walked off with the pizza pan? I could of sworn there was one there last time I stayed. :-)

Week enjoying the pool!

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed the pool very much during the 100+ temps in Oklahoma.

Sometimes things just happen lol

My husband and I were very excited to get to spend a couple of days after a 4.5 hour drive just chilling out in the city and the house was the perfect place, the property owner messaged me ahead of time to let me know the maintenance man went to prepare the jacuzzi tub outside for us and discovered a broken pipe, he was going to return the next day to fix it. Not at all a problem the weather we’ve all had has been insane. unfortunately when we opened the door to go in the entire house was completely flooded. We then sat for over an hour trying to find another property close by as it’s such a long drive home. The owners refunded everything but the trip insurance as quickly as possible.

Family Get Together

I live in OKC Metro and don’t have the space for my mom and her husband to stay for several days so we rented this for them. My mom and her husband loved the pool and hot tub, everything worked great for them. My husband and I spent a lot of time at the house as well and enjoyed the pool and hot tub firsthand! We had a sleepover as well and there was space for all of us was enough, everything was clean. The location is optimal with proximal access to the Kilpatrick Turnpike to get anywhere in the metro within a half hour or less, however it is not so close to Kilpatrick to effect the property negative (by having to look at it or road noise). The neighborhood was great all together and it seemed as though a police officer lived on the same street which made me feel comfortable. John was quick to respond to any questions we had, which was only before and at the end of the stay. Everything was easy to work from his initial instructions and checking out was great because there was no list of chores to complete, like we’ve experienced at other VRBOs. If we need the extra space and this is available we will definitely book it again!!

Comfortable home and pleasant host

I really enjoyed my stay in this home - it was very comfortable and the bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The TV was unfortunately not working in the master bedroom, and they could stand to update some of their pans but did not change the way I felt over the overall stay. It was great and I felt very safe even doing a late night swim - The neighborhood is very quiet and two officers live on the same block ! Total plus for someone traveling alone! Reason for trip was work - training a co-worker and the location made it extremally accessible - plus bonus of fast internet and numerous food/grocery delivery options! I would totally stay in this home again.

Great communication from owner!

We had to request an early check in and a late check out due to some circumstances beyond our control and John was VERY accommodating. Place was nice and clean too!

Family Visit

Had some trouble with the door code initially but the host let us in remotely and assigned a new code. We had a cold front move in and the heat wouldn't come on. communicated with the host and they sent someone out promptly and took care of the problem. Overall good stay and host was easy to communicate with through the VRBO app and attended to all our needs.

Nice place but the Pool heater was “Not Working”

The house overall was very clean on the inside! But out side in the yard and in the flower bed, and also in the back yard around the porch there way several cirgeret butts and even a half smoked cigar out on the patio table. Realy we had one major complaint and we called and spoke to Vrbo tech support about the issues, the host contacted us literally hour and a half before the check in to tell use the heated Pool heater was Broke and there was nothing we could do about it. We tried to contact the host for some kind of compensation, because the heated pool was the number one reason we rented this location and still the host was an unwilling to work with us. And being such a busy weekend in the area we could not find anywhere else with a heated pool to stay for a son! The only thing the host offer was a partial refund and we don’t stay at the property!! Now here is the funy part of all this (i work for a pool and spa maintenance and installation company) the same heater that heated the spa was the same heater that heated the pool and the same pressure pump for the system and the Spa worked fine it took awhile to heat up not having a cover but it did work! Now I did not even try to mess with the pool heater because that was not my place but I did get a laught out of it. The only other thing we saw that was unsightly was in the hallway bathroom in the shower bathtub the holder for the towel rack up on the ceiling is very unsightly, but that is in material item. Overall, the property was extremely clean. This was not happy about the pool heater not working.

Great host!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this home. Of course the pool is definitely an added plus! The host was very quick to respond when needed. Very clean. It's a corner lot with a high fenced-in backyard. ZERO complaints!!! Stay here and they'll be no regrets!!

Family Staycation

The location was perfect for a quick family getaway. We chose this rental for the 4 bedrooms and pool. The owner communicated with us and worked with us due to a pool issue. We enjoyed our time visiting in the home and pool while there. Dining options and groceries were close We will definitely consider renting there again.

Had a awesome time

Loved it. Even tho the weather switched up on us and wasn't able to really use the pool, the hot tub was definitely a hit. The place was nice and clean, had more then plenty of space. Would definitely stay again.
