The Everett - Cozy Townhome in West Nashville

Layout: 
The first level of the home enters into the open floor plan of kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a half bathroom, laundry room, and quaint back patio located on this level. The upstairs is complete with the queen bedrooms and en suite.

Parking:
Please park in any of the spaces in the parking lot. There are no assigned spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the The Nations, a vibrant West Nashville neighborhood, you'll find easy access to local restaurants, bars, and the interstate. The Centennial Cafe, Midnight Oil, Frothy Monkey, Southern Grist, and 51st Tap room are local spots that are right around the corner. Here, you'll also be 15 mins or less from nearly every major Nashville neighborhood, including Downtown Broadway, West End, 12 South, and more! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
