Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The house has been renovated to look like new. It is very modern and a very cool place to stay. There are plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms, all renovated very nicely. The kitchen is well equipped as well. It has a very nice deck and rooftop to hang out as well. Even though there are houses all around, it seems very private with all the trees.

Adventures!

I booked this trip for my boyfriend/his friends for their birthday and everyone absolutely loved it. The house is even more gorgeous in person and the neighborhood is lovely. If you ever need anything the property manager is easy to reach. Definitely will be staying here again!

Nashville is the place

Perfect house plenty of room and very comfortable. Close to everything and very quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Shelby Park. We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville and can't wait to go back!!

Floors and floors of fun

This place is beautiful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was very beneficial to our group. Its location was just a few short minutes from the highway, close to a neighborhood area with restaurants and and Aldis, yet very close to downtown items, as well. Communication with the owners was very quick, not that we had any major issues that needed their attention. Overall, we would definately stay at this location again if we're ever in Nashville.

Perfect location and beautiful home

Our family was in Nashville to lay our mother, who was born in Tennessee to rest. We are from many different states and renting homes vs staying in hotels was the best thing for us. This beautiful home had the perfect amount of space. It was well-decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen was wonderful! The host was very responsive to my questions and I would recommend this home to other friends and family.

Might need an exterminator, quite a few bugs and spiders. First night, 2 of the 4 of us had a spider surprise when pulling blankets back to get into bed.

Great Family Weekend in Nashville!

Great Family House

Had a Nashville Bday trip with friends and family. Everyone had a great time. This house more than accommodated us. Every room having their own bathroom was a game changer. Loved the privacy. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Great Stay!

My friends and I had a lovely stay for a weekend getaway! There was adequate sleeping for all of us and then some. The pink neon sign wasn’t fully working so that was kind of disappointing but after reaching out I was informed they had a new one on order. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and the location was a quick 5-6 minute drive to Broadway!

Great house and location

This house is amazing! Very clean with Nashville-style decor. Tons of Sleeping space and well stocked kitchen. Great proximity to restaurants, cafes, and Shelby Park.

3 businessmen and a party

Great house for 3 men on business trip (3-day industry conference). MUCH better than any hotel. We stayed 3 nights/4 days. - very comfortable. The pictures and description on the website are a VERY good representation of the house and the experience. Every room is a great size, nicely furnished, and clean. House has a great vibe all around. Location is easy to access from all of Nashville (nothing more than 15-20 min drive), close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great for both relaxing and working. Bedrooms with own bathroom allows for nice privacy when travelling. This house could easily host 4 couples very comfortably. Community area (open kitchen/den) space is VERY nice. The two separate outdoor decks are clutch! On last evening we hosted a casual industry get together (this house claims to be an event space), great for group of 20-40 people. Room for 6-8 cars in front. It was perfect for our needs.

Great neighborhood - just okay house

This is a house, not a home. If you need a place to sleep, it's fine. The neighborhood is great. Safe, quiet and close to downtown. There are restaurants in this neighborhood that are better than the tourist traps downtown. Don't overlook them. The house was surface clean. That's it. Comfy beds. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. That's the end of the good. Freezing basement bedroom which we addressed with the management company and they brought a space heater right away. Lots of stairs in this house so if there are any mobility issues, this is not for you. There were a lot of basic maintenance issues in this house that should be addressed that would have made the stay more pleasant. The kitchen is not as well equipped as the listing suggests. It may have been at one time but it isn't now. With some basic improvements, like a couch that seats more than two people, this could be very impressive. It's a basic rental right now. maybe that's how they like it. Not sure.

Christmas in Nashville

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was roomy and in a great neighborhood. Each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom was wonderful. We could all be together and yet have some privacy. Being pet friendly was a big plus because our furry family could be with us. Just as a note, there a lot of stairs in this home so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
