Guest have private use and access to the entire home. Wonderful location, minutes from downtown main-street, Skyview Drive-In movie theater, Eckerts Country Restaurant/Farm, Orchards Golf Course, Hofbräuhaus, The Weingarten and Scott AFB. 24min drive to STL & three Metro-link stations for easy city access .
The space
The living room has a large comfortable sofa where you can relax with a book or watch something on the 55inch Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc. The open concept makes for a great comfortable environment. There is also a desk/workspace if you need to get some work done.

The kitchen has tons of space and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee in the fully stocked functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the new built-in beverage center. There is seating for four at the center island, in addition to a four person seating dining table. There is also a laundry closet in dinning room w/ stackable washer/dryer.

There is 1 bathroom in the home. Features a tiled surround tub/shower combination. Check out the knotty pine ceiling in the bathroom!

The master bedroom has a queen size hybrid mattress, alarm clock, phone chargers. Dresser to store your belongings. Also an over the door hook to hang clothing. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.

The second and third bedrooms both feature a full size hybrid mattress, closet space with hangers and shelving for storage, alarm clocks, phone chargers. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.

The front porch offers a bench for morning coffee. Sliders in dinning room which leads to a patio to relax around the dinning set.
Guest access
All approved guest will have full access to the entire house minus the outside storage underneath carport and supply closet in master bedroom.
Other things to note
For security, cameras have been installed in common areas (front porch and back patio).
