Spectacular beach house just steps away from the sand!

Bring your family or friends and enjoy the tropical bungalow at the beach. This home has great Gulf views. Just a short walk to the beach from the private road or rent a golf cart for your stay. The Sea Haven is close to restaurants and great local hangouts or come home and grill outside with family and friends. Spend your evenings watch the beautiful sunsets as the days draw to an end. On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms then head to the upstairs for a sprawling master with its own private balcony. This home is fully stocked with everything you need! Pets are welcome with a fee.

We very much enjoyed out stay. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Very nice home and convenient to all the restaurants and stores. Nearby Galveston and Lake Jackson if you want to shop or sightsee. The beaches right across the nearby boardwalk are very clean and are monitored during the day and night. Homes nearby are also available for lease for a vacation, so bring the whole family like we did.

Best house we’ve ever stayed at in Surfside!

The house was in THE perfect location - quick & easy walk to the beach, liquor store right on the corner & quick access to corner store/restaurants! We were surprised by the amount of space as well - we had 6 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of space, beds, bathrooms & room to play and hang out comfortably! The best place we’ve ever stayed in Surfside!

Family Reunion

Super clean house! Loved the kitchen/dinning layout, was perfect for our family gathering, especially dinners. Kids and adults had plenty of room. We will be booking this house again. The owners were on top of the booking from start to finish.

Beautiful updated home - practically on beach

The house is very comfortable and is updated with beach access twos houses down. Great indoor and outdoor space. Host is very responsive! Would stay here again.

It was a beautiful house and great location.

The house was even better in person and had a great deck with a wonderful view. It was just a short walk to the beach. Our family had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. I love that they welcome pets and provide such a beautiful, comfortable space for their guests.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect weekend get away that me and the family needed. Place was nice and clean, walking distance from the beach. The customer service provided by Rob and Rene were outstanding and available the entire weekend. Definitely will be coming back and sharing the word with family and friends.

Surfside 2023

This is a great beach house and a great location. There were lots of little amenities (soaps, etc.). Rob and Renee the host are extremely accommodating and want to ensure that your stay meets your expectation. We have taken several vacations with our grown kids and their kids and surfside is our favorite beach. It is clean and has minimal traffic. We would rebook this property.

Great beach house for Easter Holiday with 2 families and dogs

Very cute house on stilts with everything you need even to cook a full Easter dinner! Everything is new and nice. The outside downstairs has a charcoal grill, picnic benches and shower. The wrap around porch is enclosed which was great for the dogs and nice to hang out in the evening. The rooms inside are nicely decorated and even had shampoo and extra toothbrushes (two of us forgot). The upstairs bedroom has it's own porch with a great unobstructed sunrise view over the beach. Take some of the plastic Adirondack chairs and enjoy your coffee. The kitchen has a Keurig and regular coffee maker together and has all necessary equipment including essential spices. It's nice to be a few houses off the beach since it's nice and quiet. The dune blocks the noise (Easter weekend brought a lot of people to the beach). Bring your bikes to ride on the beach in the mornings and have the grilled snapper at the restaurant to the left on the beach. The house has games for inside and out and beach chairs. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay!

My family and I stayed at the house for 4 nights. It was a great stay! Very short walk to the beach. Cute coffee stand a couple blocks down. The house was nice and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the stay and loved how nice the house was! The owner was very nice and accommodating as well!

Amazing Vacay

I took my family to the beach to celebrate my birthday. It was such an awesome house and great location. Steps away from the beach. Rob was always so quick to help with any questions. He even came out once to help us out. Which was above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here. It went by too fast as usual. Will be back fursure. Thanks again Rob and Rene!!

AMAZING

One of the best beach vacations I have been on. Our family went to this house, 11 people from 2 years old to 74 years old and we all enjoyed this property. The property manager/owner is fantastic. He made sure we knew everything we needed to before check in and was only a text away if I had any questions. The beach was close to the house and had good views. The house was clean and well stocked with cooking items that we needed. The house was quiet no, street noise which was nice. Over all one of the best experiences we have had.
