This SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® two story townhouse rental has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a bonus room for plenty of space and amenities to accommodate 12 guests. It’s the perfect space for large or multiple families or friend groups!

Enjoy the view of the neighborhood lake just out your wall-to-wall windowed doors in the main living space of this open concept townhouse. The décor, inspired by ocean blues and beachy sand, invites you to kick back and relax to take in a show in the flat screen TV or just to visit and enjoy company.

Adjacent to the living area seating is the dining area, which seats up to eight; there’s additional seating outside on the newly paved patio, and the spacious fully equipped kitchen has an additional counter bar, great for entertaining and serving quick bites!

On the first floor, you will conveniently find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first guest room has a queen bed with en suite bath and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the hall bath. The twin bedroom also has access to an exterior courtyard area.

Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, which has a king bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. Across the hall is the third guest room, with queen bed & full bathroom with walk-in shower. Also located on the 2nd floor is a bonus room with TV and sofa. There’s plenty of space to spread out in this stunning townhome!

Great location; could be better maintained

We had numerous problems with this rental and is not like anything we have experienced in the past. The unit struggles to cool down without freezing out the upstairs. The pull out bed in the den is bent up badly and is inoperable...the sheets were nasty dirty and looked like blood stained. The upstairs pullout only had one foam pad and was unusable...ditto on the sheet cleanliness. Fortunately the maintenance man brought us an air up mattress to use. Sinks don't drain properly; dishwasher missing a piece on the top rack. Then the dryer went out and we were unable to dry... not enough wash cloths and hand towels. There is a steady stench when entering through the gate perhaps a dead animal in the ac unit or in the bushes behind it. Add’l info: Upstairs queen bed and twin bed closest to the window very uncomfortable. I have had this type of rental property in the past. However, I kept my property in top notch shape...always. Inspect everything between rentals including the sofa beds, appliances, etc. And you MUST clean out the dryer vent at least yearly if not more often. High risk of fire!! All this advice for free AND you have a list to work from.At this rental price point we expected it to be first class.

Birthday Beach Celebration

Great space for our large family celebrating 3 summer birthdays, especially the number of bathrooms! We were glad for the space on the one rainy day of the weekend when we were all together inside. Great location on the resort on the lake. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Spring Break + mom

Loved the property. I took my son and his three friends for a few days in the sun for Spring break. The golf cart was a huge bonus to our stay. Plenty to do for the boys on the resort and easy access to the beach. The only negative was how crowded the beach was but the pool was awesome when the crowd was too much. Overall a great stay!

Labor Day Getaway

Sandestin golf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great overall staythe vacation rental was in a great location and near the golf courses. Golf cart was both a treat and a plus - you just have to remember which is yours since it is THE method of travel.The home clean and in good shape, Only negative was that the grill was tiny. 4 guys who grill - you get the picture. Only reason for 4 stars with amentities.The vacation management staff helpful and assessable. And we will be back to Sandestin.

Terrible management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Destin for a baseball tournament with a group of 44 people and rented 8 units spending a total of over $40,000 between everyone. MVH called us on our way down from Kentucky to inform us that our golf cart was in the shop for repairs and they would try their best to get it fixed and get it to us ASAP and we would be compensated for each day that we didn’t have the cart. Given that golf carts are the number one method of transportation in this area along with my Mother being handicapped, this was the main reason we chose this unit. (Very first picture of the unit is a 6 seater golf cart). After calling twice a day for the first 3 days and getting the waiting on parts excuse I called around and got a price on renting a golf cart for the remainder of our stay. $1350 for 7 day rental and $750 for 4 days. Needing a cart to do activities that the rest of our group were doing, and to include my mother in such activities I decided to rent the cart. Upon speaking with MVH I was informed that if I rented a cart from an outside vendor I could not drive it on to their property. So after 7 days of watching our entire group enjoy going golfing, fishing, driving to the beach, going out to eat, going on night rides to get ice cream at Baytown, going to watch fireworks among other activities that we didn’t get to enjoy it was time to check out. Each day when I would call to ask about the cart MVH would tell me that when we checked out they would compensate us for not having the golf cart all week. When checkout time came, the lady I was supposed to talk to wasn’t in the office. After 2 days of calling and leaving multiple voicemails MVH finally called and informed me that they were not required to compensate for the cart being unavailable but they were going to refund $196.00 out of the “goodness of their heart”. When asked how they came up with that number they said they figured $50 a day. I’m no mathematician b

Paradise in October

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 4 women and we each had our own bedroom and bath, which was very nice. The unit was clean but most all the furnishings were well worn and bathroom shower curtains need to be replaced. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. The rooms are good size and the view of the lake was beautiful. Having a golf cart was perfect for getting around. Groceries fit nicely on the back seat, when folded down. Loved driving it! We used both the pool area and the beach. Rental chairs and umbrellas are a bit pricey but the owner does provide the low beach chairs (3) and one umbrella. All the customer service was most helpful. I worked with Kandace mostly and she was so nice and helped me with anything I asked her. Looking across the street is the back of a very nice shopping center with several places you would like to enjoy for eating and shopping. We ate breakfast outside twice at Ruby Slipper in Baytown and the food is wonderful. Breakfast and lunch only. There are several nice restaurants in Baytown and lots of things for the children to engage in. Great Happy Hour and dinner at Tommy Bahama's in Sandestin Town Center. The Town Center has many wonderful stores and a Publix. We enjoyed our stay and were blessed with warm and sunny days for the entire week. We are already talking about returning next year!!

Fall Break Vaca

The Villa was very clean. But it was not very well stocked. The can opener did not work. The pans were very few and poor quality. The grill was very small and a charcoal grill. It had lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. Which was very nice for our grandchildren. Also the decor was outdated. We still had a great week and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness! But a shopping trip by owners for the items mentioned would have made our stay even better! Thanks!

Nice but disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Much further from beach than led to believe. Nowhere in any of the paper work I signed did it say "golf cart not guaranteed" but yet we did not get the one advertised and was not discounted any for the inconvenience. Grill size is almost laughable. Would have rather not had one at all instead of the toy size one for a unit that accommodates 10 people. Communicating with ANYONE capable of answering questions was impossible. Pool Rules were NOT enforced as the signage stated. People were drinking alcohol IN the pool water in GLASS containers and being rude to children and obnoxious to adults. NUMEROUS phone calls about this got us NOWHERE!!

Very unsatisfied with our stay!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will never stay at this place again. The place is very outdated, furniture is old and just looks dirty!! Decor is also outdated- appliances outdated and the refrigerator has a drawn that falls out!! The sink upstairs clogged up through out our stay!! They did not supply our golf cart as shown on the website. Called the office ever day to ask where our golf will arrive- I would not get any returned calls!! It was a very inconvenient with out the golf cart- with 3 grandkids getting to the beach was a disaster!! Overall we paid to much money for a run down out dated place to stay!!
