BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Discover comfort and privacy in the second-floor master suite, outfitted with a plush king-size bed and a 47' flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom holds two comfy twin-size beds. An adjacent guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Bask in the island sunshine on your private back deck overlooking the eighth fairway of the George Fazio golf course. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four.

After a day of fun, take a refreshing dip in the unheated community pool, located just steps from your unit. The pool is open seasonally, April - September.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and unassigned outdoor parking for two cars. Your reservation total includes the fee for two vehicles for up to two nights' stay.

THE LOCATION

Rent bikes and ride a mile to a 3-mile stretch of beach at Palmetto Dunes. Or, catch a ride on the complimentary resort shuttle to The Dunes House for oceanfront dining.

Travel 2 miles to the Shelter Cove Marina to rent kayaks or depart on a guided ocean adventure.

Golfers can play the George Fazio course or the Robert Trent Jones course, both of which are about a mile from the condo.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
