Our condo is the perfect getaway from life's normal routine. Here, you are conveniently located within minutes of everything you came to Hilton Head to enjoy. The beach, golf, tennis, biking, kayaking, shopping, dining and so much more are right outside the door
...or just stay in and relax, it's perfect for that too!
This bright and spacious air conditioned condominium features 2 bedrooms, a loft (overlooking the family room) and a pull out sofa. The living room has ample space for lounging with a sofa, loveseat and two occasional chairs. Prop your feet on the ottoman to watch your favorite shows on our flat screen smart tv(no cable but local antennae, Roku tv, and streaming apps) . Prepare a meal with our gas grill on our private deck overlooking the 10th fairway of George Fazio golf course or pour yourself a cocktail from our bar stocked with barware for your use. The fully equipped kitchen offers a separate dining area with seating for 8. Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer round out this comfortable end unit condominium.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and flat screen smart tv. Additionally, the loft has two full beds and the living room couch is a sleeper sofa. Bed and bath linens are provided as well as starter sets of bath and kitchen cleaning necessities. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker (drip), Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender, etc.
The pool, which is open seasonally, is only a few minutes away and the beach is about 10 minutes on foot. We chose the condo because of its proximity to everything in Palmetto Dunes.
