Happy Hour is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home one lot from the ocean! The new owners have added new mattresses to most bedrooms, a new living room sectional, a coffee table, plus a new refrigerator (as of 2022) and a new microwave.
With plenty of deck furniture and beach access just three lots away, this home is designed for optimal ocean gazing. Conveniently located in Avon, Happy Hour is in very close proximity to Food Lion and the surrounding shops. No need to worry about carrying the groceries up the stairs, because a Stair Tamer is also available for lifting groceries and luggage into the house.
At the top level, you will find the kitchen, dining room, queen bedroom, bathroom, and a contemporary decorated living room with coastal accents featured throughout. The living room is equipped with a new 55" Smart TV with cable. One story below is the remaining bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry space. This level has a cozy pyramid bedroom with the remaining bedrooms all featuring queen-size beds. In addition, all the bedrooms in the house have their own 32-inch smart TVs.

Guest will need to use their accounts for streaming on the smart TVs
As of 2022 this home will no longer permit pets. In the event of pet allergies, the Homeowner does occasionally visit with pets in the home and would like the guests to be aware of this should pet allergies be an issue.
