SAILFISH à Avon est un chalet de plage charmant situé sur une face à l'océan cul de sac qui est à quelques secondes de l'accès à la plage. Vous ne disposez pas de traverser une rue pour aller sur les dunes.! VOUS SEREZ SOUS LE CHARME DE LA vue sur l'océan depuis le pont supérieur SPACIEUSE! Nous acceptons aussi les animaux de compagnie. Cette maison est un confortable .... au dernier étage dispose d'une cuisine à aire ouverte, salon et salle à manger. Il dispose de 3 portes coulissantes en verre dans une rangée pour laisser entrer beaucoup de lumière et permettent à la plate-forme pour devenir une extension de la zone de vie. Les clients vont adorer cette zone pour bronzer, lire un livre ou pique-nique. Le niveau supérieur a également la chambre principale et salle de bain complète. Le premier niveau dispose de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Il y a 3 lits queen, et 4 lits jumeaux individuels dans la maison pour accueillir au moins 10 personnes. Les clients doivent apporter leurs propres affaires et draps, oreillers et serviettes. Il ya aussi un espace buanderie.
Sailfish dispose d'une douche en plein air qui dispose d'eau chaude et froide, un barbecue, une table de nettoyage du poisson et un objectif de basket-ball. APPORTEZ VOTRE PROPRE BASKETBALL.

Great house

This was my eighth stay in this house.It's coming a long way.They did a lot of remodeling over the past year.New decks new flooring new refrigerator houses in really nice shape.It's a great house to spend summers in or go fishing

GREAT PLACE

Would definitely recommend and stay here again, very comfortable, convenient. The one complaint I have is that it was not clear on the website that no bed linens, towels, or paper products were provided.

Overall good property. Everything essential worked fine, great location. Plenty of room, brand new deck, reasonable price. Shared recommended updates with host and they were gracious and receptive. Already booked for next year.

The property was wonderful. Check in was easy. Prepare for stairs, lots of them if you bring dogs. Quiet, easy beach access, easy to find and access to Avon. Improvements: mention where the instructions are posted, as I didn't see them til the second day and WiFi info at the TV was outdated. WD40 on sliding glass door to deck, gate at the top of the stairs from the top deck so dogs could sit outside alone, identify where the vacuum cleaner is (not the shampoo machine) if you want us to vacuum before leaving.

Quintessential beach house

This is our second time staying at this property. We stayed with friends here a few years back. It was perfect fit for our two families this time. Kids ranged from 16-11. Perfect location to beach. Loved the large dining table. Fit all 8 of us comfortably for dinner! I wish there was a light above table (I feel like there was one a few years ago) all in all we had a lovely vacation and was very happy with our accommodations!

Great central location for the house. We had a great time! Quick walk to the beach or stores. Could not ask for a better location! We just so happened to drive to the Museum of the Sea which is a really neat place to check out! We are planning on coming back to the area!

Wonderful in many ways!

Our first time in Avon: hope to come back, and here! The weather was not great, but we had books and puzzles provided! View was spectacular. Location fantastic: walked to ice cream almost nightly. Nothing was more than 20 minutes away! Cleaning was adequate. Would love to see an overhead light for the dining table, but other than that nothing else. We’ll be back!

Definitely needs upgrades. Back porch is horrible, couldn't let my grandchildren out on the deck at all so they were stuck inside the entire time we were at the house. Soft spot in the floor right inside the door. We enjoyed our stay at the beach because we are a family that just deals with things as they come but the house definitely needs repairs done.

60th Birthday Celebration

We all had a very enjoyable stay as a result of the house and the location. The house was absolutely perfect for our celebration…the kitchen was well-equipped for the meals we prepared, and it was open to the dining, living and deck areas. We had absolutely beautiful weather so we spent plenty of time on the beach which is within walking distance.

Loved our stay...but

The house was great. Enjoyed the stay other than someone took a bag of dog poor and smeared it on my sister's car. We gather they did not like her bumper sticker, as they had it covered in poo 💩 too. This vacation was for her. She had just finished her last radiation treatment for breast cancer and has Leukemia as well. I noticed most of the houses in the neighborhood were rentals, so i doubt it was a local who did it.Only thing we fou d wrong was one of the dinning room chairs was broken, but we had plenty of others in which to sit. Loved the easy access to beach and restaurants..house was very comfy.

Whale watching from the deck!

This is a great property. Plenty of room for our extended family. We were able to watch whales migrating from the deck on 3 of our 6 days there. Beach access is easy. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. Couch has been upgraded from property photos. Check in was simple and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We stayed here for Thanksgiving as a family. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious and close to the beach. The kitchen was a great size for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. We had a wonderful time.

Great location!

The house is in a great location! The neighborhood is very nice and there is easy access to the beach. You can see the dunes and the ocean from the very large balcony. The house was impeccably clean, even down to the drawers in the kitchen! We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Light in one of the bathrooms burned out. Outside light burned out. Deadbolt to entry door didn’t work. Entry door handle worked but barely. Refrigerator door broken, held together with tape. Carpet was old. Outside deck chairs needed cleaned.

The close access to the beach and the view from the upper deck sold us! It is truly a wonderful family retreat and also is great for fishermen, birdwatchers, surfers, kite surfers, and beach babies in the fall!
