Situé sur le célèbre Ocean View Drive au cœur d’Avon, le Beach Blessings se trouve juste en face de l’une des cinq meilleures plages du pays. Cette maison de plage dispose de 4 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains et est situé à proximité d'une épicerie et des restaurants. Cette maison est membre de la piscine et du court de tennis Kinnakeet Shores.

La maison dispose d'un parking couvert, d'une station de nettoyage du poisson et de deux douches extérieures. Au premier niveau, il y a un porche avec moustiquaire et un grand bain à remous et une douche. Le premier niveau de la maison contient quatre chambres spacieuses, chacune avec sa propre télévision intelligente et deux salles de bain complètes. La première chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size, la seconde d'un lit queen-size et de lits superposés, la troisième d'un lit king-size et la quatrième de deux lits jumeaux. Ce niveau a une salle de bain Jack-and-Jill entre les chambres 1 et 3 et une salle de bain complète.

Le niveau supérieur de la maison vous accueille avec une cuisine ouverte et une grande pièce bien exposée à la lumière naturelle du soleil grâce aux cinq baies vitrées installées dans le haut plafond voûté. Une petite bibliothèque avec des livres, des puzzles, des jeux de famille, un bar avec mini-réfrigérateur, une télévision à écran plat 42 pouces et un accès Internet sans fil sont fournis pour votre divertissement. Vous trouverez un bar avec une grande table de salle à manger pour prendre vos repas en famille ou entre amis. Chaque siège du dernier étage offre une vue imprenable à travers les grandes baies vitrées et les portes coulissantes en verre donnant sur l’océan. Une grande terrasse ensoleillée est située dans la grande salle, donnant sur l’océan, avec de nombreuses chaises Adirondack pour se détendre. Un porche avec moustiquaire est connecté à la cuisine à l'arrière de la maison, idéal pour regarder le coucher du soleil.

Beach Blessings was just that and more for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to this house. We are still in awe of how close we were to the beach. Avon is a lovely area much quieter than the bigger towns that have more of a touristy feel. Owners were delightful to deal with.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this beach house! Everything was exactly as described and we loved everything about it. It was clean and stocked with all of the essentials like sheets, towels, pots and pans, dinnerware, and utensils. And just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach! It was definitely our best beach vacation ever.

Great getaway

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group of 9—spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach, close to the pool, and near Food Lion for anything we needed. The view of the ocean was beautiful and such a highlight of our stay. The host was great—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. We’d definitely love to come back!

We Love Beach Blessings

This is the fourth year that our extended family has spent a week at Beach Blessings. It is perfect for us. It is near the beach, and the Pool and Tennis Club, and shopping. The owners are very gracious and responsive, and do a good job of maintaining the property. We have already booked our stay for next year!

Beach Blessing

Beach Blessing was just that. A blessing for our family and friends. The place was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs. The bedding situation was perfect to accommodate us and the beds were comfortable. The easy access to the beach is what sold us on VrBo and it was so easy to access. Loved our stay there!

This was our third year at Beach Blessings, and we have no desire to change locations. This home is well-equipped with amenities, is located across the street from the beach, was updated with something fresh and new every year we've stayed, and is always clean. Perfect Location, Wonderful House!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Blessings. It is in the most perfect location. It is very close to the beach access, a short walk to the pool, a mile from the pier, and another short walk to the Food Lion. The house was very comfortable for a family of four plus both sets of grandparents. There were two outdoor showers, a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. There are also some beach towels and quite a few beach chairs. The view of the beach from the deck is priceless. The host were pleasant and replied promptly. We would definitely book there again!

Awesome As Always!

This is our third year staying at Beach Blessings for our family summer vacation! We love the location, the beach, all of the amenities of the home, the cleanliness of it as well, and the hosts, Dave and Christy, couldn’t be any more accommodating! When I ask my family of six adults and one toddler if they want me to change next years plans to a different home, they always reply, “No…Beach Blessings is perfect for us!” I think that says it all! Wonderful cottage and great location

We really enjoyed our vacation at Beach Blessing in spite of the entire week of rain, strong winds (25 - 40 mph), 60° temperatures, and 10 to 14 ft. waves from an offshore storm! First time any of us had experienced weather like this at the OBX, and it was quite an experience! We managed a few walks on the beach and along the very low traveled road and otherwise enjoyed this comfortable and very clean cottage and its excellent views of the ocean from the front windows and the deck. And we must mention how much we also enjoyed the excellent fresh seafood from the nearby Sunrise Seafood a short distance up the road! We hope to return to Beach Blessings in the late summer. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return in the late summer!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week staying at Beach Blessings! The house was perfect for our little family. Very clean. The views from both (front and back) decks were my favorite! The location to the beach was perfect! No more than a 5min walk. The only thing I could say is to maybe consider refinishing the stairs and front deck. I was pulling splinters out of my son's feet and hands all week. But other than that, Beach Blessings was exactly that! A beautiful place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!

Perfect location and well maintained home

This home was so close to the beach access that we spent more time on the beach than ever. We made several trips a day with our little ones and then as a couple to just walk the beach and swim. The owners were quick to respond and very welcoming. There was even a personalized welcome basket w some essentials when we arrived! We had no issues but if we did, we were already in contact with the owners who assured us they’d fix anything necessary. The street is quiet and you can see and hear the ocean from the home. There is a fully stocked kitchen and so many games and puzzles that we didn’t need to bring anything with us. We all found the beds comfortable and the only small drawback was the two larger bedrooms having to share a bathroom, but it worked out and we want to book another stay already. The two outdoor showers make returning from the beach fast cleanup. Thank you for opening your home to our family!!!

A True Blessing!

The name of the home is perfect....a true Beach Blessing! We loved staying at this home. Felt almost beach front. Beautiful view of ocean from top level. Quick, easy walk to the beach. House was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, hot tub and outdoors showers, games and puzzles, beach towels and beach chairs provided. Quick drive or walk to grocery, donuts, restaurant....I could go on.... Would definetly stay here again. Thank you for the blessing of your home!

Beautiful property

We stayed at Beach blessings for 7 days. The house was beautiful and big enough to accommodate all of us. Owners were great and communicated with me quickly. They had games for the kids so they weren’t staring at their phones all day. I highly recommend this home.

Excellent Location!

We loved being so close to the beach and shopping. The house lived up to the description, with all the amenities that we wanted. Kitchen was equipped and provided everything we needed to cook meals. The house was beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the stained glass in the living room. We hope to come back again next year.

We have six children and two grandchildren. We all love coming to the beach house for family time and relaxing.

This beach house offers an awesome panoramic view of the beach from upstairs and the deck. The open great room is a perfect gathering place for all of the family.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house is steps away from access to the private beach, which makes it very easy for the whole family to enjoy. The large community pool is a very short distance away from the house, and also features tennis courts. The Avon fishing pier is at the end of our street, this is a neighborhood road so no through traffic. There is a Food Lion and a Dollar Tree right across the street. The town of Avon is centrally located on the island, featuring lots of cute shops, restaurants, and the Hatteras light house is just a 10 minute drive.
