Great location with plenty of space

Really enjoyed this trip. 1-2 blocks from metro and food hall. Easy for us to get around DC. Queen beds very comfortable. Appreciated car garage. Would stay here again :)

A Delightful Time in DC

We can’t say enough good things about this property! We wanted to take our 4 children (ages 17-8) to see Washington DC and all the sights. It’s hard to find a place to stay with 4 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep. It would also be great places for a group as well. We loved the location of the metro which was just a short walk away. Fabulous places to eat right down the street. We rode the metro or walked to all the historical sights. One feature that was important to us was the kitchen! We were able to make breakfast and a few dinners in this lovely home. Thank you for letting us rent this property. We have so many fun memories now! I will be telling all my friends about this rental.

We took our grandsons for a US History trip. The home was just as advertised. Monae answered my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

The location could not be better. Brief walk to grocery store metro stop. A cart is available to wheel your groceries home, which was perfect. Please note, the stairs to go upstairs are steep. Just be careful. The showers are bathtub/shower combo. There is not a walk in shower. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. There was not a blow dryer so bring your own. I’d have not reason to not stay again.

The property was very clean and supplied with many essentials. Tv was hard to work not many channels everything was through streaming. we were not allowed in till exactly 4pm when the code was emailed. we drove from Stamford CT 6 1/2 hrs. and had to wait 20 minutes outside the house which I thought was a little ridiculous. over we had a great stay

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

Awesome location for a stay in Washington! The metro was crazy convenient. A couple blocks up the street are quality restaurants and coffee. Around the corner is a great dive bar with friendly folks. Having the garage was fantastic as street parking is tight in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to communicate with. Stairs to the second floor are steep. Might not be the best choice for folks who find stairs a challenge. I would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect weekend

We just loved our stay - The weather, location and townhouse was awesome. We were so close to the metro, grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Our weekend home was clean, easy to find what was needed and fit our group with amazing comfort. Communication with the owner was great - The listing was exactly as described only better. Thank you for making our stay a great experience!

Highly Recommend

This home is nicely renovated, in a good neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Potomac Metro station. The beds were very comfortable and the recliners in the living room were a nice touch after a long day. “The Roost” right around the corner was great spot to grab a meal…a little bit of everything for everyone. Communication with Monae was great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

Family of four visiting DC for vacation! We all had our own spaces. This house is perfect! Everything you think you need is there! The kitchen feels like you're at home, the bedrooms are comfortable and have lamps, and the garage is perfect. We would stay again! Great property in a safe neighborhood. We walked or Ubered everywhere. Great stay!

The home was in a great location to the DC sites. Checkin was easy, and the entire home was very clean and comfortable. We loved the attached parking.

All was good. The front porch can also be kept clean and washed so guests can sit there. The master bathroom tub fawcet gasket was loose and tub is unusable.

Awesome Location

Fantastic location, cleanliness, bottled water, coffee pods&machine, super comfortable beds with plenty of pillows…. Best part was parking garage…. Property manager was very prompt& accessible by Vrbo email… neighborhood very safe and 5 minutes from Metro… 👍❤️

Close to the Potomac Metro, so easy on and off. Loved the garage door in the back. Made us country mice feel like our minivan was safer in the big city.

The property was exactly as advertised, and worked well for us. There was an issue with entering the property upon check in, but it was addressed promptly. Monae communicated quickly. We would stay there again for future trips to DC.

The location couldn't have been any better! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Potomac Metro Station and close to restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Spring Break Stay

Had wonderful time and home was great. Easy access to Potomac Ave bus and train Metro station. Grocery (convenience) store there had decent selection but was pricey. Recommend shopping for food at Eastern Market instead. Had just enough cookware and utensils to cook various meals at home. Fridge was empty upon arrival but had various spices, teas, coffees, snack bars, cooking oil/spray, etc. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay!

My family absolutely loved our stay! We were only a short uber ride away from all of the DC sights. The neighborhood felt safe and we all felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. It was very clean and so much was provided. The first thing that I usually buy, when on vacation, is coffee. A variety of coffee, sweeteners and creamers was provided. If we find ourselves planning a trip to DC again, this will be the place we book!
