Tiny house within 1- 2 mile of charming local winery, Stone Brewery, Cal State SM, and Palomar Med Center ideal for traveling nurse or family of patients. Pet friendly although we do have a maximum of one pet. Serene location with lovely open field, barbeque and fire pit available.

Backs up to open space, nice view

The cottage was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and privately situated down some stairs at the bottom of the property. The owners are very accommodating to requests and interested in my comfort. Very kind people. I'd stay there again.

Cozy Stay

Stayed in the Tiny House for several weeks for a house remodel. Sandy was a great host. House quiet, clean and well appointed.

Perfect stay

This perfect tiny home was exactly what I was looking for to visit local family. Conveniently located off the highway but far enough away in a quiet neighborhood. The property is beautiful with great views outside. The home was well stocked, very clean, and had little extras upon arrival. Nice touch! It has everything I needed and is very comfortable for sitting, relaxing and sleeping. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Thank you!!

Tiny House on big property

This was my first stay at a “Tiny House”. It was certainly tiny, but had everything you need in that space. It was especially great for my dog, who loved roaming around that half-acre lot many times a day.

Perfect home base

Really enjoyed the quiet idyllic tiny home as a home base for a few nights. The mattress is comfortable and hosts were very accommodating. Will return!

Great tiny home in beautiful community

What a great experience to stay in our first tiny home! The neighborhood and property were beautiful, the rental had all we need (including the ability to just open the door to let my pug out as needed), and the owners were the best, catering to some unexpected needs. Great North County location!!!

Tranquility

This was by far the most amazing place to stay. Accommodating hosts with very pleasant personalities. Very peaceful unit with plenty of privacy and ways to stay occupied and surrounded by peaceful views & amazing amenities. Cute little snacks and beverages left in unit to enjoy along with a S’mores setup. I have already mentioned wanting you always stay here when I’m in the area. Couldn’t recommend this tranquil spot enough. I love it here

All the comforts of home

This tiny home is adorable and Sandy is most accommodating, welcoming ... such a warm host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any questions or needs Sandy immediately helped us, we got along great. Catfish is so nice too, you are family as soon as you get on the property! Thank you so much Sandy and Catfish :-)

Comfy, Clean, and Communicative

CampLux in Escondido was a most delightful property to stay at. The hosts were kind, responsive, and communicative before, during, and after my stay. The cottage was comfy, clean, and fully stocked with supplies and amenities. The location of the whole property and cottage was safe and private and surrounded by nature. There was off-street parking and the hosts were onsite but never hovering. It felt like I was staying with long lost dear friends who knew everything in needed in the way of an easy, cozy, and secure place to call home during my travels. The location in Escondido, North County San Diego, was perfect as it gave me the ability to get everywhere I needed to go all over San Diego County. I highly recommend this property and am so thankful for the gracious hospitality!

Nice retreat!

Cute tiny home in the hills! I stayed for a month and it was great. Sandy is a lovely host and made me feel right at home. She also checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place Exceptional Hosts

I rented this little tiny home for two nights because we were in town for a Dog Dock Diving competition. The accomodations were amazing. Comfortable. Little kitchen, great shower, and the beds were a dream after a long day of competition. There was a stocked refrigerator, a basket of wine and snacks, and coffee. Outside the door was an amazing yard with places to sit. My dog loved it. Really a 10 out of 10. The hosts send this plave over the top. Sandy and Catfish were amazing. You could tell they earnestly wanted our stay to be amazing. Asked several times if we needed anything. Truly interested in my Twig (dog) and let him pretty much have run of the place. They treated him and us so nice. My dad was with me and he really enjoyed talking to Catfish. They made us feel very special and it was more than we could have asked. The hosts make this stay a 20 out of 10. Cant wait to stay here again. Golf balls are on the way!!!!!
