The space
*Upon entering your private gated entrance you will find your furnished patio and well-lit front door. Patio is landscaped with unique cacti, lava rock and Dracaena Marginata. You also have a fire pit all to yourself! Perfect for a romantic evening with a glass of wine or just a nice way to unwind after a day of sight seeing.
*Directly behind your door is a wardrobe with a garment rod and drawers for organizing all your clothing/shoes, etc.
*The first room inside the unit is your private bathroom with window, vaulted ceiling and tub/shower combo.
*Upon entering the unit to the right will be a large, open room with vaulted ceiling and multiple windows allowing in tons of light. Blinds included for privacy. Upper (at top of vaulted ceiling) windows do not have blinds. If you prefer sleeping in, you may want to consider bringing an eye mask.
*You will find a 65" mounted smart TV, buffet table with storage and coffee maker, freezer/fridge combo, and an induction cooktop and air fryer/oven combo.
*On the opposite side of the room is a California king size bed for a best nights sleep. Nightstand and lamp with usb port in front of your bedside window.
*The unit also features a dedicated AC/heat unit and a dining table for two.
*You will find simple warm decor in this unit including a large mirror and a wooden shelf with bag/hat hooks.
Guest access
*The entire room and full bathroom is yours alone.
*You also have a private patio to yourself with seating and a fire pit.
*The only shared space is the laundry room which is in the garage.
*You will not need to access main house to utilize.
*We provide one full water tank for coffee maker with filtered medical grade alkaline drinking water (per stay), ready upon check-in.

Hi! My name is Melissa and I am a registered nurse and health and wellness coach. We settled in Escondido 2 years ago to be closer to family and spend more time outdoors! We love being so close to the beach and botanical gardens as well as Legoland and Animal Safari Park. Our VRBO rental is an ADU that is very private and quiet with a patio all to yourself. We like offering this space to folks wanting to visit the area and we have absolutely loved hosting! I am very easy to reach out to and want your stay to be as relaxing and comfy as possible. We really enjoy this location because it feels safe and is located in a cul de sac. Parking is free and its a dog friendly neighborhood with safe streets to take your morning or evening walk. The property is also on higher elevation so in the summer we get a nice breeze and beautiful view of the hills and neighborhood.

This property provides a private cozy patio with an easy to use fire pit. The Cal king bed is said to be one of the most comfortable and guests have reported having the best nights sleep. With a 65" Smart TV you won't miss anything. You also have a personal AC/heater at your discretion.
