Trouvez le luxe et la tranquillité dans une maison italienne construite dans une enclave exclusive. Profitez du soleil de San Diego sur le patio fermé situé à l'extérieur de cette boutique privée dans une maison de construction italienne classique. Toutes les portes, les fenêtres et les meubles-lavabos sont importés d'Italie. Calme, sûre et pratique, cette chambre dispose d’une salle de bains privative et de tous les équipements attendus d’un hôtel haut de gamme. Des serviettes et des peignoirs extra-doux, des draps en coton égyptien d'au moins 800 pièces, de nombreux oreillers en duvet alternatif, et vous adorerez le confort du lit queen-size! La chambre dispose d'une cafetière Keurig et de dosettes, d'un mini-réfrigérateur et d'un snack-bar. Il est à environ 20 minutes de la plage, Del Mar et La Jolla. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible, tout comme le zoo, le parc animalier et Sea World.

Quiet Italian Suite

This property was on a quiet cul de sac in an area with nearby hiking trails. The room had everything we needed at night while we visited nearby family during the day. Check in and out process was smooth.

Restful respite

Jay and Laura were wonderful hosts. Every comfort was provided. Checking in and out was easy. The room had all essentials and a touch of luxury. The private patio and bbq were a fantastic addition which was very much enjoyed.

Great Location

My husband and I were visiting San Diego to attend a Bridal Shower. For a short stay, the accommodations were perfect for us. We loved having a patio area to have a nice picnic and glass of wine. There is a great trail in the neighborhood just a block away that was convenient.

Quaint villa

Perfect for visiting UCSD daughter. Not close to campus, but less expensive than a hotel room! Quite a ways off the freeway, but very quiet and clean! Very nice, quick stay!

Home Away from Home

This property has been one the best rental experiences I’ve ever had! The owners really thought of everything and had great communication. The location was awesome! Quite, private and local, but still a brief drive to big attractions. A perfect place to feel relaxed and comfortable while being given the chance to explore San Diego. If I’m ever back in town I will be returning!

Beautiful, but a little far from what we wanted to do.

It was a beautiful property and was nice and cozy. We were only sleeping there so it was a good size. My husband's a marine so we underestimated the drive everywhere, but that's on us. Owners were nice and it was a nice neighborhood.

Quaint villa

It was a lovely room with great amementies. It has a great private court yard to sit in that you had to share with the other room. The hosts are gracious and very nice. However the AC is controlled by the main house and it got uncomfortably stuffy at night, All in all we had a great stay, it is about a 35-40 min drive to Mission Beach. And Yes we would recommend this rental to others.

Weekend in San Diego

The property was a nice, but small casita attached to a single family home, equipped nicely with a queen bed and dresser. The bathroom was a good size with a shower and sink space including a nice window and shelf. We were there for a family gathering and didn't spend much time at the property but it was just fine for our purposes. We spent most of our time away, so the tight quarters didn't affect our stay. The bed was firm but comfortable and the decor of the room was pleasant.

Outstanding Local Park + Tennis Facility

Elegant home in quiet upscale community. Nearby park had excellent tennis facility. Park also had hiking trails and a facility with horseback riding. Villa is shared with residents in other units. I was alone so privacy was not an issue. Walls are not sound proof. So you will hear the other occupants at certain times. I believe that is stated by the renter in the VRBO ad. Clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Is a small room and a bath a Villa?

Pros were a good location to several family functions we attended, we liked the private yard, and the shower was great. Cons were the smallness of the unit, no kitchenette, no coffee maker (we don't use Keurig), no fresh towels in 5 nights, no control over the AC which made the unit stuffy and made it hard to sleep. We texted the owner on the AC, but it was not always effective--particularly in the middle of the night. We did ask for a real coffee maker and it was denied. Luckily there was a Starbucks closeby. Health wise, the feather pillows were not hypoallergenic nor did they appear to have been laundered. We asked for new ones and they brought down something that looked like they came off the sofa with a pillow case on it. In the age of Covid this was unacceptable.

Not a "villa"; a bedroom.

Unfortunately, the photo is of the home/garage occupied by the property owner, not of the rental unit. "Villa B" is a small bedroom and bath; just enough floor space to walk around the bed to the bathroom, if no one opens the closet door. No kitchen, table/chairs, counter, loveseat or couch; no where to eat or drink anything, read a book or play a game or use your computer, other than in the bed. Microwave is on a shelf 5' high; at 5'8" I needed to stand on tiptoes to use it. "Garden" is the side yard, the length of the bedroom, between the side fence and the backyard gate, shared with "Villa A" whose door is right next to that of "Villa B". There are 2 padded outdoor chairs that were soaked each morning (San Diego gets fog), 2 small endtables, for both rentals to share. No apparent way to turn on heat. Bed is comfortable, nice shower, great location. If we had known there was no kitchen and no place to sit and have a meal or glass of wine, to play cards or a game, we wouldn't have stayed here.
