The perfect gathering place for families who want to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island was to offer.

Ideally located on the south end of the island 10 min walk to Coligny Plaza, 2 minute walk to the beach.

Open floor plan , screened in porch, large backyard perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Very comfortable space to stretch out in privacy without feeling cramped like you would in a condo.

Easy access no steps plenty of parking in drive in addition to carport.

Single story house inside includes:
Large kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops.
Laundry room with washer / dryer
Dining area with table that seats 6.
Living room with large screen smart TV.

Celebration Park around the corner includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.

Great stay with family

We had a wonderful trip with family to celebrate our first Father’s Day. House is very spacious with good sized rooms, great location, close to the beach. The grill and backyard were great. Highly recommend.

Great little bungalow.

Great proximity to downtown, easy parking and outdoor space as well. Fixtures are a little old but everything worked and was clean.

It's a great beach house for a couple families. The location is easy access to the beach and a quick drive to a lot that HHI has to offer.

Cute House in Hilton Head

We loved staying here! It was nice having a house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. We will be coming back!

Nice spot in Hilton Head

The property was clean and accommodating. Our only grievances/suggestions are: 1). We are tall people (5'6" - 6'3") and the commodes are too close to the floor. Had to struggle, sitting down and getting up. 2). At night, finding the drive- to the house was tricky. Some reflectors to mark the driveway would be most helpful. 3. The beds were comfortable, but too low. Thanks for allowing us use of the house. We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head, and may go again next year. Gracie, Michael, Melva, and Idella.

Beach get away

Great location! Short walk to beach, and the beach was awesome 😎 We appreciated having a wagon to bring beach the beach chairs and umbrella which were also there for our use. Lots of things to do nearby. The home itself was dated (which we knew from reading previous reviews), internet, cable TV and appliances all work well. Only complaint was the invasion of ants which came from a wall in the kitchen. Overall a nice stay!

Nice beach house

The listing and description accurately describe this beach house. The location indicator is alittle off the mark. The house is located on S. Forest Beach & it’s a quick walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family visit, and we enjoyed being in an original HHI house.

Perfect long weekend with adult kids

My 3 20-something kids and I just spent a long weekend here and loved it. It was an easy, short walk to the beach. The beach was not busy at all, which we appreciated! Not far from us though the beach was quite busy in front of resorts/condos. But we loved the quiet. At the house we found beach chairs and a wagon to pull our load, a very nice find that we were very grateful for! The house itself is older, but clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were games and books and we pretty much enjoyed everything there. No complaints from our group. Thank you for a beautiful weekend

Property Manager should be ashamed

The place was filthy. There were dirty underwear left behind. When I contacted the manager about the issues, he brought over paper towels and said he would refund me 100$ cleaning fee. He never refunded me my money and cut off communication.

Great house, mediocre property management

When arriving at the property, we used the lock combination on the check-in instructions several times, which was incorrect. I called the property manager who was extremely rude, flippant, and seemed incredibly bothered to do his job but did provide the correct code to get us in. At the property, the house itself is nice but the back door was broken and will not lock, the garbage disposal was broken, no trash bags were provided, only a handful of dishwasher pods were left, zero laundry detergent was there, and there wasn’t even salt or pepper in the kitchen. The house is in a great location but suffers from poor management and lackluster upkeep.

Good Location

Proximity to beach & shopping/food great. Interior Seaside Decor in all rooms very nice & welcoming. Curb appeal lackluster. Front wooden door had mold all over and house smelled very musty upon opening and throughout stay. Floor had large crack in the center running the length of the house. Mold present on all walls of one shower and other bath tub needs update.TV and appliances very good.
