Spend your vacation on island time as the communityâs beach access is in walking distance of this unit. **Indoor pool will be undergoing repairs from February 19 until April 5. During this time the indoor pool will be unavailable for use and fitness center hours will be restricted to 7am-5pm**
This unit has everything you will need for a peaceful stay. The stylish living room is the perfect spot to catch up on your favorite show or step out onto the patio to enjoy the tropical foliage of the surrounding complex. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a dishwasher. Attached to the kitchen, there is a washer/dryer. The bedrooms are on each end of the condo which adds privacy. Each has the added luxury of balcony access and attached bathrooms.
This property is not pet-friendly. Parking is available for up to 2 cars with the purchase of resort parking passes for payment on your guest account. So location and the property itself was perfect the room was a little outdated and started with tv failure that was fixed next morning to ending with a dishwasher failure on the last day some of the furniture was not what Iâd say would be beach comfy but we had a great time room was clean and hope the room gets some much needed upgrades
My son, wife and two children enjoyed the stay. Great accommodation for a family. Quiet part of beach and island. Close to amenities. This is their third trip here and they loved it!
My husband and our two kids (10 and 6) loved this property! The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. We cooked breakfast each morning and loved the view! We didn't want to leave!
Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was so nice and clean. Great views. The only issue we had was trying to get our 2nd parking pass. Rental company was great at trying to get the issue resolved. The pass office had set the 2nd pass to the side, but finally found it.
Lovely location and view! The furniture is a bit much and crowded. Love that each bedroom had their own balcony. A map to the building when arriving in the dark would be very useful. Please check the doorstop on front bedroom as it is quite loose. Overall, a very nice stay!
Everything was 5 stars. The only downfall was we weren't on the list for the parking pass, one phone call and that was taken care of immediately. Then our code we were given to the room didn't work and they had to remotely open the door and gave us a new code. But after that everything was awesome!
Great stay! Kitchen well equipped, the entire condo was tastefully decorated, and great views. Greg was helpful answered a couple of questions, that we had, quickly. Definitely will be back!
The condo is fabulous & met our needs completely. Villamare is a fantastic community in Palmetto Dunes which includes access to an indoor pool, hot tub, & gym on site, perfect for chilly vacations. However, the rental company who handles this property, The Best Rentals, is less than stellar. Why?1.) The Best Rentals never sent the security codes needed to access the gates to & from the beach OR the health club. Even though I called & emailed The Best Rentals several times, they were unable to provide the codes. Finally on the second day of my stay, I was able to get the gate codes from an on-site attendant. Hallelujah. We wouldn't have been able to enjoy ANY of the amenities (which were the ultimate reason we chose this rental in the first place) without the gate code.. Solution: the owner of this VRBO should not rely on the managing rental company to provide this information. It should be posted inside the foyer binder or emailed automatically with check-in information2.) The Best Rentals failed to provide a second parking pass, (required) when we needed it. I called them the day we arrived with this request, but 2 days later, there was still no pass at the security office. They would not answer the phone even when security called them. Security finally had pity on us. on us & and gifted us a pass.
