What to Expect:

The townhome is spacious, clean, and bright. It is two levels, allowing for plenty of space to spread out.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
-3 bedrooms (two rooms with queen beds, one room with two twin beds). Each bedroom has generous closet space. Hangers and a laundry hamper are provided in each.
-2 full bathrooms. Extra towels, wash cloths, and a hair dryer are provided.

Living Space:
The living room is large and airy with beautiful views of the trees. Natural light galore! Enjoy time on the back deck grilling, watching for deer, or bikers going by on part of Tunnel Vision trail that runs parallel through the trees. When it’s time to head back in, cozy up on the couch with a blanket and relax, or log in to your favorite streaming service on the 55” Roku TV.

**Please note the fireplace is not operational.

Kitchen:
Newly updated kitchen for nights in and home cooked meals. A toaster oven, Keurig K-Duo (accommodates K-Cups and pot for ground coffee), and Brita filter pitcher are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, including kid-friendly dishes and utensils. Please ask if you have questions about whether specific items are provided.

Dining Room:
Just off the kitchen is a full-size dining space for 6 to comfortably enjoy meals or a game night (choose from the variety of games provided!).

Laundry Room:
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Tide Pods and dryer sheets are provided in the cabinets above.

Security Cameras:
There are 2 security cameras on the property, both on the front exterior. One is a Ring doorbell camera located to the right of the front door. The second is in the top left corner of the carport and has a motion sensor light, which will turn on. They both record video and audio, and will be on during your stay. These are used strictly for the security of the property. Both face out toward the driveway.

Parking:
There is room for a max of 3 cars in front of the townhome.
