Great stay in SD!

We had a wonderful stay. As a food allergy family, I found the kitchen and surfaces to be extremely clean overall! We really appreciated the kitchen with all of our cooking needs being met. We had a great stay and used the beach items (cart, chairs and toys) and we had a great time. We would highly recommend this place!

First off the communication done by Michael was top notch. He communicated on every detail and if there was an issue he was just a phone call away. He explained everything in emails and pictures. The location was perfect, and the whole place was incredibly clean. My family and the kids that we brought all enjoyed the spaciousness to restaurants and the proximity to the beach. Do not hesitate to stay here and I would love to come back to this VRBO if we can!

SoCal Visit

Crown Point condo was the perfect place for our family to stay in Pacific Beach. It was very clean and well stocked. I especially loved the thick towels. Michael’s directions on how to find the condo and to get in were very detailed and helpful. The location was perfect - one block from the beach and a wonderful restaurant, World Famous. We also found a wonderful coffee shop, Pumped, just across the street. We could even walk to Ralph’s for groceries. The Zoo, Balboa Park and the airport were all within just a few minutes drive. The perfect place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation experience!

This is the best property we have ever rented - great location, spotless clean, beautifully furnished and stocked, and Michael is the most gracious and helpful host. We’ve been going to Pacific Beach/San Diego for vacations for 25 years for family vacations, and this is the best experience we have ever had - we will absolutely be back!

Great host and location

Our family had a fun time staying in Michael's condo. He was very responsive and made check in and check out super easy. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Mission Beach is within 20 minutes of all the sites we wanted to visit. The beach is a block away and a quick walk to the sand. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Great getaway

Perfect location. Super clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. All the things one would look for in a vacation home. Owner, Michael, is very thoughtful and clearly wants his guests to be happy. Definitely plan on coming back!

Nice location, good amenities (kitchen, AC, 3 bathrooms, wifi) - it can be a little loud on the street sometimes, but that's probably to be expected considering the proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc. Host is very communicative and provides lots of instructions.

Amazing Spring Break Trip

My family and I booked this trip for Spring Break. We have 3 teenage girls and they are pretty particular about having their own space and being close to the beach. This did not disappoint! The place was well stocked with all the beach necessities and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it hit all the marks! It was a lovely place, one block from the beach, meticulously maintained, safe, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Great time!

Perfect

This property is beautifully decorated, as well as well located. One block from the ⛱. Excellent proximity to food venues, bars and stores. We walked everywhere and the public bus passes right in front. Very friendly people all around. The owner and managers greeted us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour. Easy access in and out. We will DEFINITELY return. Very relaxing mini vacay.

Wonderful spot for large family

There’s so many great things about this vacation rental to share! Location, location, location! Our family has never had the privilege of staying so close to a beach before and the luxury of not having to pack up the car, drive down and look for parking is amazing. We could easily walk to the condo to use the restroom too, so nice! There’s also some great eating spots close by and a full size Ralph’s grocery store. Very convenient. This a was a wonderful set up for our family to all meet up. Having three bedrooms, but especially THREE FULL BATHROOMS, is SO NICE! We could all come in from the beach and jump in the 3 showers and be ready for dinner in no time. The dining table seats a lot and then bar seating as well made it easy to have family meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and even spices, cooking sprays, coffee and more. We used the electric George Foreman grill provided on the patio for burgers one night and it worked well. We also loved the convenience of there being number codes to the entrance gate and condo door. We didn’t have to worry about who had the key. All of the beach gear provided was true to the picture and in great condition. And there’s a full size washer/dryer and detergent provided as well. We do highly recommend this rental for a large family.

You will love proximity to beach and all the beach vibes! Anything you need is walking distance. The condo is very nice and clean and we loved staying there. Owner was very responsive to our questions during our stay and easy to reach! Great time!!

Perfect place for a family vacation

This place is a great location just a block from the beach and boardwalk. The host provides beach toys, chairs, a sun tent, kite, and more. It’s easy to walk to lots of restaurants. We had a fantastic time.

Cheeseheads in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed Crown Point. It was very clean and in the perfect Pacific Beach location. Great, secure parking. Easy access to ocean and Mission Bay, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops and even fitness center. Our sons (in their 20’s) enjoyed the area and had plenty to doo. Great place.

Well located, close to beach, tourist destinations, food

Well maintained place. Owner very responsive to any issues which we only had minor, non-urgent issues. Well-furnished unit and had good kitchen that one can cook in house at times. Electric Outdoor grill. Some spices provided and even rice cooker. Nice secure parking (2 spots) and walk to beach and plenty of local restaurants if you do not wish to cook. Have booster seat available for toddler, good beach cart to bring provided beach seats, blankets, some beach toys. Will located to tourist location: 2-3 miles to Seaworld, 5-7 miles to San Diego Zoo, downtown San diego, and Science museum. Would stay again!!
