This beautiful two-bedroom Villa is a vacation in itself. The unit has two bedrooms, a living area, and a deluxe sofa with a queen-size sleeper. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances: a full-sized cooktop oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of wares to accommodate any homemade creations made villa-side or at one of the many community grills on the premises. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunsets on the beautiful private furnished patio. If you do not want to do laundry when you get home, the Villa comes furnished with a stackable washer and dryer.

THIS RESERVATION IS AVAILABLE FOR A SEVEN-NIGHT STAY ONLY from MARCH 9th through March 16th, 2024.

The Two Bedroom Villa -

You will be reserving our beautiful Maui Westin Nanea timeshare owner reservation. Once you reserve our space, your name will be updated on the reservation.
This reservation is for seven nights with the check-in on Sat, March 9, 2024.
We pre-reserved our unit a year in advance to obtain the best room placement.

This stay includes a mid-week complimentary “Tidy Clean,” which provides trash removal, new towels/linens, and replacement of toiletries.
Vacuuming will not be performed as a vacuum is supplied with the Villa.
You may request additional Tidy Clean or FULL CLEANING for an additional fee.
You may request fresh towels and linens for your unit for free.

The Nanea resort offers cribs and highchairs upon request. These items are limited in supply and not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply. Please get in touch with the resort up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival to make arrangements.

Rollaway beds are limited to one per Villa for an additional 7th guest.

Our Westin Nanea Villa is for Resort/Garden View with partial ocean views.

The Two-Bedroom Villa is approximately 1260 square feet and sleeps six adults comfortably (Two King-sized beds and one Queen sofa bed). You may also request the resort to provide a rollaway bed for a 7th person for a fee.

Our Nanea 2-bedroom Villa features the following amenities:

-A Master suite with king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed, HD flat-panel TV, en-suite bath with large shower, vessel tub, and double vanity.

-The second bedroom has a king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed, HD flat-panel TV, en-suite bath, separate shower/bathtub, and vanity.

-The Living area includes a sofa bed, entertainment console, HD Flat-panel TV, DVD player, and Bose Wave AM/FM radio.

-A “4th” rollaway bed option is available and on a 1st come, 1st served availability. You will need to request the rollaway bed from the front desk as it is not in the unit, and it is best to REQUEST the rollaway bed as far in advance as possible.

• A Wardrobe armoire in the Living Area,
• A generous Dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a range with oven, microwave oven, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dinnerware,

Guest Access Includes:

Access to ALL amenities at Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas and Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas North (sister TIMESHARE 300 yards to the South).
All expenses can be charged directly to your unit, with the possible ability to charge costs incurred at the Westin and Sheraton HOTELS as well.

Guest access:
Check-in is the same as any hotel or resorts with Full guest privileges.

The resort WILL REQUIRE your government ID/passport and a Credit Card for miscellaneous resort charges.

The primary guest must be over the age of 21, or the resort will not allow you to check in, and you will not receive a refund.

- Guests may charge outside expenses at the Sheraton and Westin hotels to their Nanea unit. Charging privileges to the hotels are subject to change without notice.
