Beautiful, well maintained house!

This house is big, beautiful, well maintained and centrally located to everything! The only thing that could possibly be better would be if this house was beachfront. I 100% would stay here again!

Paradise retreat!

Beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like home away from home. It had all the conveniences. Centralized to stores, the airport, and our excursions. We also felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely return.

Mini Family Reunion

Overall we had a nice time. The only thing l would suggest is to have a deep clean of the entire downstairs (kitchen, curtains & furniture included). The location was PERFECT for us. I never touched bases with the property manager. However, the upstairs hosts did such a great job of supplying everything we asked for/needed. All the best to the next guests.

I Definitely recommend this villa!!!

Thank you for giving me and my family the opportunity to stay in one of your vacation villa’s-from 8/16/22 -8/22/22 it was absolutely Beautiful decorated very nicely and it was so clean this villa Definitely gave what was need to be given it came with several amenities they had everything we needed from dishes pots and pans water already stocked in refrigerator trashbags dish detergent it even came with some different soaps and shampoos towels for the beaches and for baths and showers a welcome basket that had a bottle of Cruzan rum fruit punch flavor that was definitely a plus me and my family enjoyed it nice cool AC in every room nice smart TVs in every room Wi-Fi it was really a home away from home this place is managed very well We had no issues but when I called Management for a iron it was on my doorstep ASAP me and my family literally did not have to call Mr. Williams much because they made sure that the villa had everything you could think of I give this place beyond five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t wait for my next visit to the island of Saint Croix again this will definitely be my first pick to stay at this villa again we was close to everything to Thomas bakery one of the famous bakery in st croix the famous chicken shack we were close to our family members we were close to the grocery store like it’s just a great location we Loved ❤️ It there Until Next time thanks again Mr.and Mrs Williams. Great Central Location

We had a fabulous time on St. Croix staying at the Barrenspot Tropical Villa. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. We like to cook and utilized the modestly stocked kitchen daily as well as the grill. The host, Alvin, was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and is close to the famous Chicken Shack and grocery stores. The property is centrally located and is a great jumping off point for exploring all areas of the island, just a 15 to 20 minute drive to Christiansted, Fredericksted, and the north and south shores. Highly recommend.
