Notre condo récemment rénové 3 chambres 3 salles de bain au port de Mill est à quelques pas de l'océan et du restaurant à côté de la piscine. La plage de Mill Harbor est une magnifique baie calme idéale pour apprendre à nager et elle a une plongée en apnée exquise à 100 pieds avec un grand récif de pneus. Notre unité a des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit partout, des unités de climatisation divisées dans chaque chambre (AUCUNE unité de fenêtre bruyante AC, ce sont l'air central pour chaque chambre et refroidissent facilement l'unité entière) planche à pagaie pour enfants pour une utilisation et toutes les touches de la maison. Convenient and sizes a large group

The property was nice and as listed. Very convenient to Christenstead. There is a small beach access behind the property. Split A/Cs in each room.The only issues we had were the mattresses were very poor quality and made sleeping hard for our whole family. The drains in each shower were stopped up when we got there and it's uncomfortable to stand in water while showering. I was able to pull hair out and improve it, but this should have been done before guests are there.

Great location and stay

We had a wonderful time exploring St Croix. This condo is in a great location to explore various beaches and a close drive to Christeansted. Spacious for our family of 5 adults and had everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful and we would stay here again.

Great lay out for our 2 family vacation… my husband and I. My sister and her 2 adult children worked well with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location and very well stocked home!

Nice location, but the place needs some attention

The unit overall is a nice unit, however the place needs some attention, the drains in the bathroom drain slowly, causing a back up in the showers, the unit wasn't clean, it's very apparent that whoever does the housekeeping should be "fired!" When my family arrived, it was one complaint after another; our stay there was for a funeral, so things were already sad, we didn't need a dirty unit to compound the situation. However, the host was very responsive and proactive, he did try to correct things, I'll say that much and give the host 5 stars... Still yet, the unit could use some attention, a deep cleaning for instance and general maintance. The internet did not work, and getting maintance for anything on an island such as St. Croix can take days; and no one needed drains that didn't work, fans that didn't work for lack of batteries, dirt caked on for weeks, if not months of not cleaning... Fire the house keeping, get the place fixed and the owner of the unit will get better results!

Awesome family vacation!

This vacation rental exceeded our all of our expectations! The condo is furnished with anything you could possibly need...from cooking utensils to beach toys! The beds & pillows were very comfortable & the entire unit has been wonderfully remodeled! We definitely plan on returning soon!

Great Family Vacation

The condo suited all of our needs. It slept 5 comfortably and the 3 bathrooms were a definite plus. Zach was quick in responding to our questions and we were able to meet Nora in person at her store. The location was central to all of our adventures, which was great. We did drive to them due to it not being a "walkable" location. Thanks for a great stay.

Great condo

The condo was amazing and in close proximity to downtown, host was super responsive and the condo was clean and well supplied. The only issue was not under the control of the host, but the Sargasso grass was so thick that there was no water access from the beach. Would highly recommend calling ahead, as local residents stated it was a seasonal issue

Everything was great, only could use a fan in the living room was still hot. The rooms were cool for sleeping. Maybe add a couple of dressers to put clothes in. Other then thst it was great. Thank you Emma

too soon after hurricanes

lots of little things needed repairs, need new mattresses on beds, poor draining sink in shower, no washer & dryer on site(advertised available), leaky toilet , shower curtain rod would not stay up no restaurant open at the condo(was advertised being open) beach not safe for swimming due to contamination from hurricane runoff. water not safe to drink

Mill Harbor Condo 312

There were 6 of us age ranging 60-70.The unit itself is on the third floor of the complex so be aware there are stairs.Also the largest bedroom is on the second floor of the unit accessed by a narrow spiral staircase that could be very difficult for some. Even getting luggage up the staircase was challenging, just something to consider. The water pressure and temperature may not be what you'd hope and one of the downstairs showers does not drain. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. We did feel the unit could be cleaner, although it appeared tidy, it is quite dusty, the louvered doors separating the upper and lower level were quite dusty as well as other areas and under furniture. The property location has close proximity to groceries (Food Town), pharmacy and several eating establishments. It is a short drive to Christianstead Boardwalk. The unit is close to beach and pool area which is nice. The complex has a restaurant which we enjoyed but hours are limited. The laundry room has only one working washer and dryer. We didn't contact property manager while there but they are very responsive by e-mail. Also the property has a security guard that does regular walks through the area. We were provided with a local jam, spirits and soaps which was a nice touch.

No COVID cleaning protocols

The photos on the website are outdated. The furniture is older and peeling as well as not cleaned. The sofa is fabric with dirt stains as well as food, trash and sand under the cushions. The coffee table had a glass top full of leftover cup rings and finger prints. The bottom of the coffee table had food crumbs and thick dust stuck on it. The ceiling fans and the top of the tv have thick layers of sticky dust. There was an immodium wrapper ond a dirty qtip on my night stand. Undersides of all beds had dirt, bottles, caps, tissues, There is also a leak from the wall under the ac in the front bedroom, which is tighter than the photo. The inroom shower on the first floor only trickles water, so showers must be done in the other bath. Live spider webs lineand the entry door. There are loads of cleaning supplies, but you need to clean yourself. There are also lots of cooking utensils. The porch was dirty with rust from the old beach chairs, sand on the used beach supplies, two pair of moldy water shoes, shoved between the barrels, a dead water bug and clumps of hair. The screens are also off the tracks. The upstair Master bed is sloped. Laundry only had one machine working, and one dryer until the day we left. Then it was two. The beach is small, but ok if the complex is empty. The water is more of a bay for snorkeling,but not good for swimming. The pool is cute and has a 10' deep area and lots of chairs. Once again, if it gets crowded, its not a good place to be.

The condo was on the water but you could see only a sliver of it from our unit. It really needed a good cleaning and updating. The spiral ladder was too small to carry up our suitcases and may not be safe for seniors or families with small children

Amazing!!

Family of 6 stayed for 9 days! The condo was beautiful and spacious enough of all of us and our stuff. The kids (18 yr olds) enjoyed the snorkeling gear that was provided! Close proximity to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay again!!! Zach, Nora, and Aiden were wonderful hosts!!

Perfect for our needs

The description of the property was on point and a perfect location to tour about the island. It is very central and going to one side of the island or the other was never troublesome. We had a ton of questions before our trip and Zach answered them almost immediately. The recommendations on their favorite beaches were spot on and we got to visit 6 or 7 of them. I would def recommend this condo, it was perfect for our two adult families. We pretty much had the pool all to ourselves every time we went to it.

Loved that the location was right on the water!

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to live comfortably. The rum that was provided was delicious also. The taxi service did get a little expensive but we were warned before hand lol. We did Ziplines, snorkeling, & sunset sale recommended by the owners & had a blast, It was a great 30th birthday experience overall.

Senior Trip 2022

This property was outstanding!!!! Everything we wanted and needed for our 17 year old son's Senior Trip. It was great to get away in the warm sun. The Owners were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend this property to anyone going to St. Croix.

The communication between Zach and Mora was exceptional! They were very flexible and on it whenever I emailed and asked a question. The home was very nice and reasonable for the price and length of our stay. I will definitely stay there again when I go home next year to Visit.

We had a great time! The condo was bigger and nicer than we expected it to be too. The snorkeling in site was better than expected as well. We saw several sting rays and eagle rays along with tons of fish immediately off shore as well. The owners made it hassle free too, so the whole experience was fantastic! Thank you!

Family trip

This house is perfect! We were a few small families, all one big family! It was great to each have our own space and bathrooms. My younger brother had to be on zoom for school so it was great having the pool and awesome snorkeling right outside. Very centrally located and a quick easy drive to the boardwalk. So many toys and beach toys for the kids, tons of snorkeling equipment. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations

The listing for this property is great, but staying here was even better. It's in a great location, very safe the neighbors and office are very helpful. We had a 2 year old with us, the kids room was full of toys and sand toys. They had a beach bag to use which came in handy. The air conditioning worked great. Overall we had a great time and loved the condo, thanks Zach and Nora!!

Great stay in St. Croix

We really enjoyed our stay here in St. Croix. We ran into two minor issues (curtain rod and smoke alarm battery) that Zach immediately resolved for us. Zach and Nora are great hosts, making our stay seamless and easy. Loved the free bottle of local rum which didn't last long so we had to buy more and hand soaps. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Thanks for helping to make our trip great.

We are the Stewarts from Chicago. We dreamt about owning a place in St. Croix and found Mill Harbour and fell in love with the people and place. We can't wait to share our home with you and hope you love it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Mill Harbour is centrally located which makes getting to both sides of the island easy. We have met incredible people here who are like family now. The staff at Mill Harbour has been kind and helpful. The Mill Harbour beach is perfect for our family with a calm bay, excellent swimming and snorkeling. There is a grocery store right down the road and Mill Harbour is also a 10 minute drive to downtown Christiansted!

Granite countertops throughout all kitchens and bathrooms, stainless appliances, paddle board / skim board available, cable tv and internet, board games and toys for kids and nothing is better than Arctic AC when you want it. In room massage, walk down the beach to Breezes or use the new grub hub like service for ordering in. New owners taking over the onsite restaurant, It should be available soon.
