Cozy yet luxurious, this brand NEW 3 bedroom 3 bath home has a peaceful vibe and high end designer details. Perfect Location! You are 2.5 miles from Buckhead, 0.5 miles from Atlantic Station, Westside Provisions and Midtown, 2 miles from Downtown Atlanta, Statefarm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. A beautiful quiet park in the neighborhood and walking trail. Private backyard with seating area and a grill.
Just as advertised! Clean, updated, central location. We truly enjoyed the home, and the host were very responsive to questions and accommodating! Iâd definitely recommend. *be aware of bedroom entry ways as the floors have a lift (uneven). We added color tape to remind us and prevent a trip and fall. Otherwise we would definitely return! Great place and area!
Fantastic location to Georgia Tech and multiple restaurants. We were in town for a basketball tournament and chose to stay in a house rather than hotel. Very comfortable, clean and decorated nicely
The house was ideal for three couples to stay for a wedding in Atlanta. Location was close to everything, including fun restaurants and a farmer's market! We really enjoyed the weekend.
It was easy to find, close proximity to where we needed to be while we were in Atlanta. Everything was nice, well equipped and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Me and a few friends spent the weekend at this property and it was very nice.
The house was clean, the area was very safe and had plenty of things to do within walking distance.
The hosts were very responsive and the instructions for coming and going were plainly written out and easy to understand.
My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this location. Very clean. Nice amenities. And close to a number of Atlantaâs attractions. We were very satisfied.
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location in Midtown. It is well decorated and very clean. We were in Atlanta for our son's Georgia Tech graduation and the house was a convenient location to campus. Parking was clutch! The hosts were very responsive! I wish we knew about this property sooner as we would have stayed multiple times while visiting Tech.
Upon entry it was a a little challenging as we have never seen a combination lock on a patio door. The size of the home was as shown in pictures. The furniture with the exception of the livingroom couch which was covered with a shabby throw was as pictured. The first disappointment was that there was no hot water, when we complained the owners called out plumbers while we were out, when we returned there was no water at all. We called the owners and asked for a resolution because we would need to get a room to bath in. They verbally agreed to return a days rent, but only returned 180.00 dollars. The outside of the unit was dirty and unusable. But the worse part is entering and exiting the driveway. The driveway was so steep it scrubs the bottom of the cars they do warn of this. What they don't warn of is exiting. The trees are so overgrown you have to try to see between the branches and leaves to exit. Very dangersous. See pics.
It was a very nice place & the location was very convenient to have some short drives to just about everything you need. Also the host was super nice and responsive. Just on a somewhat busy street, so not the most walkable of neighborhoods and pretty loud street noises if youâre not a heavy sleeper.
Super nice house with great appliances & natural light
The property is as described and pictured.
It is the corner house and the features are terrific...hard wood floors, great natural light, nice furniture and details. The appliances are awesome!! We did not use the backyard but there is a small one with a grill and some seating.
Only recommendation to the owners is to upgrade the bed in the room closest to the main entrance....opposite the garage entrance. That bed is too small. Also, get better housewares.....more pots, better utensils to match the fantastic appliances.
Driveway is a steep and somewhat treacherous to get in the first time but you get used to it.....as long as it does not have freezing snow or ice...no issues.
We were a group of four and used all three bedrooms. And all of the bathrooms came in handy. Host is very friendly and when we called she was more than helpful. There were things missing in the kitchen and she was willing to have them provided. The location was very convenient, south station outdoor is very close and has a Publix and shopping and restaurants other fine dining is about 15mins away. It is on a corner of a busy street and you can have loud car noise and train whistle noise early in the morning hours. If you are a light sleeper have earplugs or use white, green, brown, noise app. The photos are very accurate of interior and exterior. Driveway is steep so enter and exit slowly. Easily can accommodate 3 couples. . All in all it was a very nice stay for the 4 of us!
The biggest surprise to us at this vrbo, advertised as âluxuryâ, was the super thin (think tissue paper), 1-ply toilet paper. I find better, thicker toilet paper at gas stations and 7-elevens. That was definitely disappointing. We were also taken aback at how crumby the kitchen floor was at check-in (the cleaning crew must have skipped over that task), the stained, shabby-looking slipcover on the couch, and the stained dining table chairs. I realize that things happen, but thatâs what I expect a cleaning crew to take care of. As one other reviewer mentioned â the street noise is one thing to note. Now, this is certainly no fault of the ownerâs, but wow, the street noise was constant. Our stay was a Monday through a Thursday. Beginning in the early morning, and continuing into the late evening, it sounded like a busy race track outside the house. Finally, one thing to note and beware âthe driveway is incredibly steep, and it is imperative to slowly creep in and out. We were in an SUV, so I imagine someone in a car could possibly scrape the bottom of their vehicle. Again, this is no fault of the ownerâs. All in all, I give our stay a 4/5. It was fine, but it was missing the âluxuryâ experience for us.
This home is perfect for 5 or 6 people. It's close to Midtown and Georgia Tech, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in close proximity. Check in was easy and communicating with the owner was a breeze. I highly recommend this home.
We really enjoyed our stay at Loring Heights. The house appears to be recently renovated and was great for my family (6 of us). The only downside was the amount of traffic driving by throughout the night. Occasionally we would wake-up to high performance cars reving their engines outside our windows at 2 or 3 am. There was a significant crash at the 3-way stop on our last night there - apparently one of the cars never stopped so Police outside for quite sometime but didn't bother us. Other than that, we absolutely loved the Property. One final note: the driveway (back/side entrance) is extremely steep and my truck undercarriage scraped every time we exited regardless of how careful I drove.
We stayed here with our adult daughters while visiting Atlanta for a family event. It was a comfortable spot to hang out with family. It's a great location with easy access to Midtown, Buckhead, I-75 and the trendy Westside. (We could walk to Atlantic Station.) Situated in an older neighborhood, the house has been completely modernized with contemporary styling, new appliances and all of the kitchen equipment we needed. The back yard was an inviting spot to sit by a propane fire pit, and the propane grill was a bonus. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our questions. One slight downside to the wonderful location is a bit of traffic noise.
Great location close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. This was a very nice place to stay! The host even ordered us a blender when we asked if there was one!
Our stay has been amazing. The property is beautiful and very clean. The property owners were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended itâŠ.
My name is Naila and I have lived in the Atlanta area for 30 plus years. I love being in the city and especially near midtown Atlanta where this home is located. It has so much to offer and all the best of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and more! You are also close to the Atlanta Beltline, Downtown Atlanta, Statefarm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium. In my spare time, my family and I love to travel. I choose places to stay that pay attention to detail and its my goal to do the same for my rental properties.
The home is cozy yet luxurious. It has an open floor plan, a private backyard and is newly renovated as of December 2021. There is a walking trail and park in the neighborhood. It is close to everything in Atlanta. You are right in midtown Atlanta near Atlantic Station and Westside Provisions, 2 miles from Downtown Atlanta, and 2 miles from Lenox/Phipps and the Buckhead area.
The home is fully stocked with all new appliances, cookware, 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The backyard is also fenced in and has a firepit to enjoy the beautiful weather in Atlanta. We also have a grill in the patio. 'Serene in the City' as we like to call this home, is just that - a quiet spacious home located in the heart of Atlanta.
