We needed a last minute place to stay in the neighborhood due to a renovation gone wrong on our home.
The good: They owner responded right away and was great to work with to get us set up and in. She was also responsive with an issue with the garbage disposal. Check in was simple. There was ample space for our family of 4, plenty of towels, and off street parking (a huge plus in the city).
The bad: there was a very foul smell in the kitchen due to a clogged disposal, which we realized when the sink backed up while the dishwasher was being run. The unit was not very clean, dishes in the kitchen cabinets had food still caked on, and there was loud noises at strange times (like the whole kitchen rattling in the morning) and the pillows were pretty worn.
Could be a a great property with a little freshening up!
Overall this property was very nice! The location is close to all activities like the zoo, shopping, and the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. The only downside was the third bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom was located on the bottom floor and the other two bedroom and baths were on the third floor so our children were not as comfortable sleeping there as they felt âtoo far away from us.â
Definitely a nice play to stay:)
My family and I had a wonderful time in Atlanta celebrating the July 4th holiday. We were very happy with all phases of acquiring this property. It is centrally located and in walking distance to diverse restaurants and bars. We were only a short drive to the downtown area. The home presented as clean and welcoming. We were very comfortable and everyone had more than enough room for privacy. We enjoyed having morning coffee off the living room balcony. We would definitely return to this property in the future.
This is a nice and clean townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was easy and smooth, a detailed check-in and check-out was provided ahead of the schedule. It a good value for family visit to Atlanta. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Had plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out on 3 floors. Very nicely furnished and the neighborhood was great We could walk to several restaurants, bars and a nice Publix grocery store
Overall, house exceeded expectation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Five people were absolutely comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary utensils. Lovely trip!
This condo was perfect for our family stay. The location was close to the venue for our daughters graduation, near great restaurants and shopping and in an area that didn't require a drive to every location. The condo had everything we needed, was modern, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning. We had a wonderful experience and memory and would highly recommend to others.
Well kept 3 level home in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk to restaurants.
Perfect location to explore Atlanta. The home was very cozy and our two young boys enjoyed the bunk beds. Walking around the neighborhood felt very safe and having a garage to park in was very convenient.
Welll decorated, spacious, easy access, good neighborhood, garage is great to have! We loved sitting on one of the many balconies and talking in the mornings. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend this property! Thanks for a great experience (probably our best so far)
Awesome Location!! Great layout in the house for multiple people.
We loved the house, it was clean and furnished well!! I would recommend new pillows! :) The bed was comfortable!! Quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to Virginia Highland shopping and restaurants. Thank you!!
Our active group of 3 adults, 1 kid, 1 infant and labradoodle had a great time at this house. It has everything we needed for a short stay. Cooking breakfasts is no problem and there is extra bedding and towels in the closets. The stand out feature for us is the location. It is very walkable, surrounded by restaurants and yet peaceful and quiet. The adult in our group attending a conference downtown had a short Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again for a visit to Atlanta.

Great space
Great location, Publix a block away. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and spacious!! Note, 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2 main bedrooms, but worth the climb if you don't have any mobility issues. Large bathrooms and closets. Washer/dryer, dishwasher. Fantastic location. Single car garage with room for another car in the driveway. A bonus for ATL. Great owners! Very responsive! We also loved the balconies!
We walked all over Atlanta and really enjoyed the location of the home. The home, however, was not very clean, had a distinct and unpleasant odor and is getting pretty knicked up. If you are ok with that, the place is great. Not for the discerning traveler.
This house was a great fit for our family of 5 for a week. It was about 15-20 minutes away from all of the main attractions of Atlanta (Aquarium, Zoo, CNN, Emory University, MLK memorial, downtown) and 25 minutes from the airport. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There was also a Publix grocery story a half block away and 10 minute drive to Target. Dish TV allowed everyone to find something to watch during our down time (which wasn't much). We used the washer and dryer once since the kids' clothes got soaked with salt water at the Aquarium Dolphin show. Lots of porches. Driveway parking huge +. Besides necessary amenities (towels, linens, trash bags), there was shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap pods, coffee, ice maker, and a few food items in the kitchen. If there were any negatives: You can hear street traffic and people walking by late in the evening. Bunk bed was two floors below master bedroom but kids liked their own space. Felt like a washer spinning below us in the kitchen a few mornings. Not sure what it was but it didn't last long and didn't really bother us. This house is three stories tall so you should be able to climb stairs if you stay here. Hope you enjoy it! Just don't book it the same weekend as us. :)
