Appartement de rêve en bord de mer

L'appartement est au 1er Étage (de deux étages). Il y a un ascenseur. Elle est en parfait état et meublée avec amour par les propriétaires. Un salon-salle à manger avec une grande terrasse, une grande salle de bain moderne, un hall d'entrée spacieux et une petite cuisine entièrement équipée et une cave offrent jusqu'à 3 personnes un confort et un confort parfait, même par temps moins chaud ... Il y a WiFi gratuit, Internet et WiFi. TV satellite avec plus de 300 programmes, DVD, radio sont disponibles pour nos clients. La cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaires tels que plaques à induction et plaques 4 feux, réfrigérateur et congélateur, grille-pain, cafetière, machine Nespresso, bouilloire, cuiseur à oeufs, etc. Il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle mais il y a une machine à laver dans la salle de bain. Étant donné que l'appartement est souvent utilisé par le propriétaire, il est entièrement meublé. À l'arrivée, les lits sont faits, les serviettes et les torchons sont fournis et l'appartement est parfaitement nettoyé par le personnel spécialisé. La cave privée est disponible pour stocker des bagages ou des objets de sport tels que des vélos, des planches de surf, etc. Il y a aussi une salle de ping-pong dans la maison.

Stunning location

The apartment block is in the finest location in Costa Teguise, overlooking the sea in front and out back. The complex has an excellent pool, although some might find it cold. There are a couple of pleasant restaurants close by with equally impressive views.The apartment was clean and bright with a balcony that was comfortable for two or three people.Beds comfortable and equipment as described.Very happy with our stay.

Feb Half term

Desperate to escape the miserable UK weather in February we decided to visit Lanzarote for some sunshine. Costa Teguise is a nice resort, not overly developed but lots still open even in Feb. Hannelore's apartment is walking distance to everything. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Lovely views of sunrise and sunset. Well recommended. Many thanks for letting us stay

Fabulous holiday, amazing apartment in a perfect location.

The property was immaculate, home from home. There was one fan would have been good to have two as the bedrooms were quite hot and too windy to leave windows open at night. Will definitely return.

Beautiful view

This apartment was perfect for our holiday. The apartment was bigger than we expected and was spotless. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The pool was cleaned every day and the surrounding area was very well maintained. We loved seeing the resident tortoise that wanders around the little gardens. The view from the balcony was lovely, you could sit there all day in the sun if you wanted to. I would definitely recommend it and we will be back. Thankyou Hannelore, we had a great stay.

Ein Traumblick vom schönen Balkon. Hannelore hat sich sofort um eine Erneuerung des defekten Fernsehers gekümmert. In der Wohnung für unseren Geschmack größerer Renovierungsstau. Ständige Beobachtung und Zurechtweisung einer Nachbarin sehr anstrengend. Aufgrund der Bauweise ein endloser Weg mit dem Gepäck. Nach Renovierung würden wir gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank

Ferienwohnung in Costa Teguise

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon mit Meerblick direkt an der Jablillo Bucht. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Strand nur ein paar Schritte, in der Bucht kann man schnorcheln. Auch sehr schöner Pool in der Anlage. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr freundlich und problemlos. Alles perfekt, ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

El apartamento está en una zona tranquila, pero muy cerca de zona de restaurantes y tiendas. La playa al lado. Y las vistas lo mejor Pasamos unos días estupendos, todo bien en el apartamento, no nos funcionaba la nevera pero lo solucionaron ese mismo día. Erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Uns gefällt die Anlage, weil sie die Nähe zum Meer hat, da wir gerne im Meer schwimmen.

Úžasné Lanzarote

S pani Hannelore McEvan bola veľmi dobrá komunikácia. Precestovali sme Lanzarote od severu až na juh, od východu až na západ. Vždy sme sa však radi vracali na ubytovanie. Úžasný apartmán, veľmi dobre vybavený, s veľkým citom riešený interiér. Lokalita apartmánu je v tichej oblasti s krásnym výhľadom. Pár metrov od apartmánu je chránená morská zátoka s množstvom rýb. Jediný problém bol pri registrácii ubytovania cez Vrbo. Vrbo ako sprostredkovateľ ubytovania nemal aktualizovanú databázu voľných termínov, a to nielen pri tomto apartmáne.

Beautiful home from home .. with a better view!

Wonderful ten nights at this beautiful Appartment . Everything that you need is there. Most gorgeous view from the balcony looking and listening to the sea. Hannelore was on hand all the time if needed and her communication was speedy, excellent and helpful.

Great location

2 week holiday for couple, who were joined by daughter and partner for 5 days. The location of the apartment is close to the sea and a number of bars and restaurants. The apartment is very homely and has the benefit of a washing machine and a lovely sea and pool view. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of beach and bathroom towels. However the pool area lacks shade area and there is a lack of umbrella stands ( although the apartment does provide an umbrella ) the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, the master bedroom would probably benefit from a king size bed instead of 2 small single beds. Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely family holiday in this great apartment.

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in this beautiful apartartment. It is extremely comfortable, clean and spacious, with a large balcony which has wonderful sea views (as do both bedrooms). The pool was equally as good and the grounds very well maintained. The apartment is very well located to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. We could not fault this apartment and would strongly recommend it and hope to return ourselves. We always found Hannelore, the owner, great to deal with and very helpful with any queries.

Ein richtig schöner Urlaub!

Die Wohnung war ganz genau wie beschrieben und vor allem super sauber. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Kleine Fragen und Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Der Austausch mit Hannelore, ob per Mail oder telefonisch, war sehr freundlich und richtig nett. Schade war, dass einige Hausbewohner permanent (oft über Tage) Liegen am Gemeinschaftspool belegten und 'bunkerten' aber garnicht da waren. Ein paar Tage wohnten Gäste über uns die sehr laut waren. Mit Ohrenstöpseln ging aber auch das. Der Balkon mit dem Blick auf‘s Meer ist traumhaft. Die Betten sind unheimlich bequem. Beim Einschlafen hört man den Wind und das Meer. Das werde ich sehr vermissen und ganz sicher wieder dort buchen.

Great location with balcony overlooking the sea and pool area. Apartment was very clean on arrival.

Enjoyed our stay in apartment 223 in Nautilus. Just like moving into someone’s home for a month. Just about everything you would need for a stay of any duration. Noticeable absence was a washing machine in the apartment although there was a shared machine and tumble drier in the cellar of another block (cost €5 per use each), and this a cold wash only! You can have bottled water (5L) delivered to your door for drinking but for everything else we used tap water. Large balcony with room for the 2 sun beds, a table and 4 chairs and a small table for use with the sun beds. Pool was cleaned daily and the area around the pool was kept clean and tidy. Pool was supposedly heated but it was very cold so don’t expect UK swimming pool temperatures. We had a few minor problems but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the complex janitor. Our only downside was the attitude of the HomeAway staff in telling us one thing in the booking process and then something totally different after the holiday. Luckily the owner Hannelore is great to work with and she returns calls and emails immediately. Would not book through HomeAway again that’s for sure! So great apartment, great location, great owner, pity about the agents.

Great location. Great views. Lovely apartment.

This is our second Winter holiday in Costa Teguise, escaping the English weather. It’s perfect for a relaxing holiday and we will be back next year. The apartment is well appointed (more like a home), overlooks the sea and the promenade; so no cars or lorries, but you can watch the walkers from the balcony. Loved it.

Brilliant Apartment

We have had the most amazing time in this lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and lovely views over the pool and the sea. This is highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights and had a lovely holiday here.The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for your stay.It has beautiful sea views in the front and back of apartment. The promenade is lovely for evening strolls and it's only a short walk to the town.Teguise is a small town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants and evening entertainment for everyone's taste.Hannelore, the owner is very good to deal with and answers all your queries straight away.We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in Teguise.

Great apartment in central spot

This apartment served us well. We stayed here with our two children, plenty of living space and extremely well equipped. Kitchen is small but very adequate, missing a washing machine but there were some you could use on site (we didn't bother!). Extremely clean on arrival, comfortable beds, a lovely balcony that over looks the sea and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and arrival/departure were very smooth. Overall, a lovely, reasonably priced place to stay.

We are living in France and are spending several weeks each year in our apartment. The apartment was acquired by my parents in 1987, and I took it over two years ago. We do not want to leave the apartment unoccupied for the rest of the time and hope that our guest will enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location is unique, directly on the beach which just a promenade in front of the residence. The wonderful view out to the sea is breathtaking. It is very quiet, and yet all the restaurants, shops and bars are in walking distance, a car is not necessary. There are 3 sandy beaches, (one right in front of the house) , which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Lanzarote is the most impressive island amongst the Canary Islands with its large lava mountains in the center of the island, and many tourist attractions, cosy fishing villages, sandy beaches and a great infrastructure all across the island. The Residenz Nautilus is relatively small and is mostly used by its owners. Thus it is in very good condition and kept up all year round. There is a receptionist, a handyman and a professional cleaning service to look after the apartments and the residence.
