Appartment was excellent. The only issue was the pool, the few communal sun beds that there are (6) are terrible, and there is no shade.

Thanks Christopher. I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment. The pool was recently reopened after extensive repairs. I presume the sunbeds were from other apartments as there are no communal beds. My guest normally use my sunbeds for the pool area. Regards, Denis

Fab apartment, spotlessly clean, all facilities you would expect, drinking water tap, complementary wine and milk for your tea !! Full day sun on both balconies, pool area literally 50 steps away and loungers available. Really delighted with our stay, wifi, reading books,big tv. 10 min walk to supermarket and amenities including Aquarium. Would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment ,which has everything as described in the advert, not far from supermarket and pubs. The pool has now reopened, very nice area.Water filter an excellent bonus.would definitely return. Only down side,( only if you like a long lie) as it is in a local area there is quite a bit of dog barking in the morning, Apart from that very good.

Yes host was very helpfull and always responded in a timely manor. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance but dennis the host did inform us about this a couple of weeks before our stay and was not to much of an inconvenience

Relaxing stay in a spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and had all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed having two balconies and the water filter was a bonus.

Good stay in Costa Teguise

We enjoyed staying in this spacious , well equipped apartment and particularly appreciated the sheltered terraces. The filtered water system was a bonus.

Everything was very good and as described. We put the 2 single together to make a superking which was extremely comfortable. We didn't use, but i can imagine the air-conditioning is very useful. Only negative point, could do with more shade on either one of the 2 balconies. Apart from that we had a lovely time.Didn't use the pool, it was closed for maintenance, but Denis had warned us , giving us the chance to cancel if we wished.

Excellent Apartment

Very spacious apartment with air conditioning and filtered water. The pool area was excellent and although small it was possible to do laps in the pool . The only downside was the location on a ridge above Palmeras, which, for elderly people, made trekking home a bit of a chore.

Super apartment

Overall an excellent apartment in a very good location, close to beach, town, supermarkets and restaurants. Apartment bright, spacious and airy. Two sunny balconies and sheltered from the wind. Information, check in process and contact with Denis and Angela excellent. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Was informed 2 weeks before arriving the pool was undergoing maintenance with no estimate when it would be completeThe purpose of selecting the accommodation was the pool, which caused us to move to alternate accommodation The host refused to refund and given we were past the VRBO cancellation policy we are out of pocket having paid for 2 different places

Hi David , the review is factually incorrect . You were advised of the pool closure 18 days before arrival . At that time you were entitled to full refund. However you held the booking.I forwarded refund policy. You were advised later again the pool was unavailable and still kept the booking . The apartment was prepared, cleaned and welcome pack purchased for you . You checked in and promptly checked out with zero notice. The busiest part of the season and you blocked alternative guests from booking . I’m not sure what you expect ? I treat all guests fairly with good communication as reviews will attest to.

What a wonderful apartment

Wow, what can you say. Lovely apartment in a nice location not too far from bars, restaurants and the beach. Furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need or want. Will certainly return and cannot recommend highly enough, thank you.
