Plenty of rooms, but problems with mold and no support!!
Overall an ok flat, weekly mini-cleaning, change of towel and bedsheets, but the communication with the rental agency and how they handled the mold problem was absolutely not okay.We rented this place for a few weeks, and after arrival immediately noticed a moldy smell. One bedroom in the ground level had moldy spots in all outside corners (and some more mold appeared in the bathrooms after some days).We sent an email with some pictures, and after a first acknowledgement of the receipt and that they're trying to find a solution, we didn't hear anything for two days.Then a reply, that the only thing they can offer is cancel the rest of the day and refund the partial amount of the days we didn't stay in the apartment.Which is a joke, the rental market is tight, prices, especially on short notice are high, and ourselves finding a 4-5 bedroom for 6 people without paying 2-3 times the price was impossible. A rental agency managing lots of holiday homes certainly should have more options, and having a moldy flat is not our fault.We asked if they can send someone to at least treat the wall, and the answer was no again. In the end we ended up treating the wall ourselves with some desinfectant spray, but honestly, we won't book with this agency again.
The only problem we had was with the fridge it leaked but the house was just as it says it was spacious within walking distance of shops and a short taxi ride from the main shopping mall lots to do beach was 10 min walk lots of lovely bars and restaurants people their were so friendly definitely recommend and will be going again
Arrived and very little in kitchen, no kettle, no coffee maker no hairdryer very little crockery no instructions definitely not set up yet for rentals. Contacted property manager and items supplied but we had bate electrics taking points down to one in kitchen and nobody came to fix this
