Located close to many desert events. Walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Golf, Golf, more Golf, Coachella Music Festival, and More!

30-night minimum stay required. For months of 30 days or less, you will need to adjust your requested departure date to allow for a 30-day minimum booking. Please feel free to contact me through VRBO to check blocked dates that may be available.

• No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the property.

• Quiet Hours 10 pm-8 am. Note that the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

A perfect winter escape plan!

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my 5 weeks stay in this lovely North La Quinta home. I found the house spotlessly clean (thank you Veronica), all linens and towels were of high quality, the kitchen was fully stocked with nice cookware and appliances, comfortable seating inside and out, and the yard and pool were beautifully maintained. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, friendly and just a short drive from the hearts of both La Quinta and Palm Desert. And there is a wonderful dog park just down the street! I communicated directly with the owner who could not have been more responsive and friendly, I can’t wait to go back next year! Thank you Doug, Darci and Tippy for sharing your desert haven with us!

Perfect Home away from home!

This property was truly so wonderful. I was displaced from my house due to a foundation leak and it was just wonderful to stay at a place that was beautiful, clean well-maintained, and just very very comfortable. Doug, the owner was very helpful and so easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anybody visiting the Coachella Valley super comfortable atmosphere, wonderful kitchen, backyard, pool and Jacuzzi. They thought of everything when people are vacationing. True delight!

West Elm vibe in the desert

We absolutely loved our time at this property! We walked into the home and instantly loved the decor. The entire space was spotless including the garage. The home was well-appointed with new appliances, nice towels, party lights outside, cleaning supplies and more. Really favored having king size beds in each bedroom. Property manager was fantastic and responsive to any needs. Our family really enjoyed the over-sized hot tub and pool deck area was perfect for our grandson to splash in. We WILL be back!

A great stay

We had a great stay. This home is well located, nicely and newly furnished, and the new kitchen has has everything anyone would want. Doug was very prompt and helpful when answering the few questions that we had. The wi-fi was fast and TVs were new and easy to use. Lovely views of the mountains from the backyard.

A comfortable home

Escaping the cold wet weather to La Quinta was a welcome change. This home is well equipped, and has essentially all the comforts of home. Located in a very friendly neighbourhood. A short drive to the famed El Paseo shopping and restaurant area of Palm Desert. Owner response when needed was almost instantaneous. A good stay.

Peaceful stay in La Quinta

We had an incredible stay at this property. The home is quiet, beautiful, with all of the furniture, appliances, and amenities in great condition. You can see the mountains from the backyard, and everything is a short drive away, whether you’re looking for a hike or a places to eat, etc. Doug was very kind, attentive, and responsive, while also giving his tenants ample privacy. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay, and we’ll miss this place very much!

Our Family has been enjoying the desert for years now. We can't use it all the time and want to share our experience with others.

This is our desert home for the family. We love the location for its proximity to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and easy access to both Highway 111 and I-10. It's a quick drive south to Old Town La Quinta and the PGA West Golf Resorts.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Privacy and location...a great home to relax and enjoy. South-facing pool is a must in the Desert to enjoy the sun from December to April. Walk, Run, Bike, Hike, Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Eat, Shop, etc...all year long!
