GREAT ROOM:
Relax in the high-ceiling comfortable living area by the fireplace while watching your favorites on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a drink from the fully equipped bar. This amazing open-concept room is great to enjoy the company of your guests from the living area, kitchen, and dining table. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, a gas cooktop, and recently installed stainless appliances, and is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Utilize this amazing cooking space or simply order in while you share some laughs around the large dining table over a delicious meal. Sit back and enjoy the view of the thousand sparkles on the pool created by the dancing colors of the night sky. This property can accommodate up to 8 guests and is pet-friendly, allowing dogs under 40 pounds only upon request.

BEDROOMS:
This amazing space boasts a Master bedroom with a comfortable King-size bed, an ensuite, a flat-screen TV, and a large desk. A second bedroom holds a comfortable king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a private charming detached casita with an ensuite, two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette.

BACKYARD:
Step outside to the captivating backyard, which is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. This yard is a pure paradise with its BBQ, outdoor dining area, tanning ledge, misters, retractable awning, pebble glass fire pit, lounge chairs, and pool amenities. The private pool may be heated upon request per day.

Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Indulge in a delightful selection of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits while enjoying indoor entertainment or cozying up by the inviting fire pit.

Other Things to Note:
You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.

We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Free high-speed wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room though cable channel availability may vary.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.

Please leave garbage cans in the garage, as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 AM. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb; otherwise, the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great, if not, no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit is connected to propane tanks. Please make sure you turn both off when not in use.

Be respectful of the PGA West community's quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM.

All house guests must be in the home by 10 PM. Please note that as of July 2020, the City of La Quinta has issued a citywide ordinance banning all outdoor amplified music AT ALL TIMES. It is strictly enforced by city law enforcement, and any violations will result in steep fines. City rules are subject to change at any time and override any home or community regulations.

No parties or events are allowed.

We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking and parties are not permitted. We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.
